Pada malam tanggal 19, sekelompok sembilan orang makan malam di restoran B&B. Akibatnya, semua orang dewasa malam itu muntah dan diare. Saya sangat curiga bahwa jamur pilek dan hidangan lainnya tidak segar (semua jamur dimuntahkan keluar adalah jamur). Saya check out keesokan paginya dan melaporkan hal ini ke meja depan. Saya harap ini akan terjadi. Saya akan memperhatikan keamanan bahan di masa depan. Meja depan segera mengabaikannya, mengklaim bahwa itu adalah jamur karena cuaca, menyangkal masalahnya sendiri, dan sikap pelayanannya yang memaksa mengecewakan, Dia sama sekali tidak memiliki niat baik yang mendasar terhadap pelanggan. Saya muntah-muntah dan sia-sia, saya sedang terburu-buru untuk mengejar pesawat dan saya tidak punya tenaga untuk terlibat dalam keterikatan yang tidak perlu dengannya. Setelah pulang ke rumah, orang dewasa dan anak-anak terus muntah-muntah, hari ini anak tersebut masuk rumah sakit karena menderita diare. Melihat orang lain yang pernah melaporkan diare sebelumnya, menunjukkan bahwa B&B ini selalu memiliki masalah keamanan pangan. Keamanan adalah yang utama saat Anda pergi bermain, tetapi Anda tidak memperhatikan keamanan pangan. Jika terjadi kesalahan, Anda melalaikan tanggung jawab sendiri. The hotel surprised us, scenery is really beautiful, mountains in direct view from the rooms with floor to ceiling windows. Cleanliness was great throughout the hotel and the customer service was brilliant. I would like to commend the front desk Xiao Long for his excellent service! I am very satisfied! You can rent electric vehicles at the hotel, which is very convenient and can go fishing on the river at the bottom of the hotel as well as football goals. We will definitely be back when visiting Yangshuo.

This was our favorite hotel during our travels across many cities in China! We wish we could have stayed longer. It's located in the scenic 10-Mile Gallery of Yangshuo surrounded by mountains and next to the peaceful Yulong river. Rooms had amazing views and were clean and comfortable. Service from all the staff was excellent especially Xiao Long who helped us arrange several outings and tours. The on site food is great and there is free laundry unit. The children had so much fun watching the fishing birds, feeding small animals, and many different activities (archery, playground, soccer, etc.). We will definitely return to this paradise!

We have chosen this hotel after reading lots of good comments.
Stay there for 6d5n ,and no regrets. The staff is very friendly and assists us to book the attractions tickets .
The hotel has prepared a lot of kids friendly activities such as feeding animals, swings, and an indoor playground .
My girls totally enjoyed the stay .
The rooms are very spacious and comfy.
It comes with complimentary drinks in the fridge
The location is slightly away from the happening area however there is no problem calling Didi .
Highly recommend with families with younger kids to stay here.

Had a great experience, very nice location exactly into nature like the hotel name suggests. Staff was very nice and cooperative. Everything was perfectly managed. It has a lot of activities for kids and families if you are travelling with family this can be a very good choice to stay in Yangshuo. Landscape around the hotel is breathtaking. I would love to come again.

Beautiful place with beautiful views, friendly and very helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is superb, the room is huge with good views, very comfy bed, very yummy breakfast. There is also fish catching show in the morning, free afternoon tea and evening dessert.very suitable for family, highly recommended and will come back again

This is an excellent hotel , especially for family stay. The service level is top notch. Ms Liao and her colleagues at the reception went out their way to make us feel welcome and informed us of the many interesting activities. The fisherman at the 鱼鹰activity makes the activity one of most enjoyable.

pretty much everything was amazing but I did notice that the AC air flow wasnt really present in the main living room. It was instead blowing into in the secondary bedroom. The customer service was amazing though and the stay was well worth.
