Ease mind Valley

The main problem was with our room’s AC, it was not cold enough for the big room, the room temperature were around 28C even with the AC on for the half day. Every one in the hotel tried very hard to make our room feel cooler but we still feel uncomfortable warm in the room for the miserable three days in the hotel. They did offer us to cancel the room for free but that was not a good option because first of all we should not be put in such a difficult situation plus it was a busy weekend and we didn’t think we could get a room easily, we also were too tired to move around. I am reluctant to give this hotel a low rating considering the very friendly, helpful and understanding receptionists and the cleaning woman, they were overwhelming with other tasks on hand, we felt bad for them that we tried not to bother them too much. The owner should hire more helpers to make the guests feel comfortable to sort help. The over advertised garden was not even completed. The very discomfort 3 days warm humid room and the view from the room (4th floor) really not worth the money we paid for the room. Also the TV needs a genius to operate (needed two helpers to get the TV and room wi-fi to work)!!! Overall, I am sorry to say that we couldn’t wait to move out after our 3 days stay, may be this hotel would be a better option during colder weather? 主要问题是我们房间的空调，对大房间来说不够冷，即使空调开了半天，室温也在28摄氏度左右。酒店里的每个人都非常努力地让我们的房间感觉凉爽，但在酒店悲惨的三天里，我们仍然觉得房间里温暖不舒服。他们确实向我们提供了免费取消房间的服务，但这不是一个好的选择，因为首先我们不应该陷入如此困难的境地，而且这是一个繁忙的周末，我们认为我们不容易找到房间，我们也太累了，无法四处走动。考虑到非常友好、乐于助人、善解人意的接待员和清洁女工，他们手头的其他任务太多了，我们为他们感到难过，我们尽量不去打扰他们。业主应该雇佣更多的助手，让客人感到很舒服来安排帮助。广告宣传过度的花园甚至还没有完工。非常不舒服的3天温暖潮湿的房间和从房间（4楼）看到的景色真的不值得我们为这个房间支付的钱。此外，电视需要一个天才来操作（需要两个助手才能让电视和房间的无线网络正常工作）！！！ 总的来说，我很抱歉地说，在我们住了3天后，我们迫不及待地想搬出去，在寒冷的天气里，这家酒店可能是更好的选择吗？

Awesome experience !

本來衝著景去的，去到有點失望，一是因為雨天，二是山景一般，三是房間設施殘舊，浴室門就一個玻璃門，上廁所洗澡會吵到休息，浴室的花灑還是爛的，房間裏的浴缸排水都漏到房間地面，濕噠噠的，四是服務一般，五是衞生一般，餐廳桌子都是一股油膩味，六是一早停水停電，雖然提供了幾瓶大的礦泉水，但是刷牙洗臉上廁所都不方便，而且店家沒有任何補償措施，七是新年期間升價，這個房型要上千元，不值啊！

雙床也有1.5米哦，很少有民宿能做到，和小朋友睡也不擠，前台客服熱情周到，地理位置挺安靜的，前面是一個大的草坪，有泳池，穿過草坪可以直達遇龍河邊拍照。

房間衞生做得很乾凈，有啥問題前台小哥都會及時解決，服務好。周圍風景很好，很適合拍照打卡， 這次入住民宿是一次非常愉快的經歷。服務態度極佳。真心覺得這是一家住得很舒適的民宿！

酒店非常滿意，老闆娘很熱情，帶狗子出行，有一片巨大的草坪，狗狗在裏面自由奔跑。 旁邊景色也非常好，下次還會來!
