The place is fantastic and the front desk staff is super helpful but there is a long way to go …. There are so many things the place can improve and create an “experience” for the client who is paying decent amount of money. Here is the list - 1) waiting staff should be trained to understand the needs of the customer not appear confused if a request is made which does not fit their expection! 2) Waiting staff should be taught that plates / spoons are essential to eat food one can’t eat yogurt with chopsticks. 3) GYM does not have even one mirror. 4) gym is also used as the storage room and yoga mats are tucked some where hard to find. 5) gym machines are not good quality too light and unsafe to use - it’s better just to have free weights and yoga equipment. Other than this the experience was good - the lady at the reception was helpful and smart. Hope that they learn quickly else the options are plenty !!

🗺️興坪古鎮旁，步行可到灕江畔。開窗即賞灕江山水，煙雨朦朧，如入水墨畫。 🛏️房間簡約温馨，床品親膚柔軟。智能馬桶、高品質洗浴用品，細節盡顯品質。 🍽早餐多樣，桂林米粉等任選。午餐晚餐還有主廚推薦的特色啤酒魚，魚肉鮮嫩，湯汁濃香，令人回味。 🏌🏻工作人員熱情，從前台到保潔笑容滿面。於愜意時光中，擁抱山水之美；）

灕江邊的酒店，位置絕佳，走兩步就到江邊棧道，往右可步行到九馬畫山，往左可步行到興坪碼頭。雖然碰上降温加下雨，不能去爬山，在酒店喝茶看書聊天也很舒服，雨小了還可以去江邊散步。遠離喧囂，安靜入眠。餐飲很贊，食材新鮮，螺絲土雞煲和竹筒飯特別美味，早餐也很豐盛。晚上草坪上看電影，自助燒烤。掌櫃説下個月江邊咖啡館就建好了，期待中。

喜歡這個帶泡池的房間 大大的落地窗可以欣賞外面起伏的山巒 去的時候是陰雨天 時刻都是雲霧繚繞的狀態 彷彿身處仙境 早餐超豐富 管家的服務也很貼心 重點：豬柵欄的吃的都挺好吃的 足不出户的放鬆之旅
