The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi. The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time. However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious. I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel. I hope it will be improved in the future.

Mercure Hotel has always been a second to me and my partner. We’d stay here with friends and we even booked them during our wedding day. On our recent stay, it was so nice to be back with my baby and parents. Staff always welcomes us and serve us with smiles. Another thing I like about this hotel is their continuous commitment to improvement, and live and care to Mother Earth. They started eliminating single-use plastics and now uses sustainable packagings and items. I highly recommend Mercure Hitel!

Reasonably priced, with a buffet breakfast. There was a lot of bird droppings on the windows, so I tried not to look at them, but the room itself was generally clean. The body soap ran out midway through the day, and they didn't replenish it during the daily housekeeping, but the amenities were fully stocked, so there was nothing in particular to bring. The water pressure was weak. The laundry service was expensive, and when I asked them to wash about 5 days' worth of clothes, they told me it would cost 35,300 kyat (≒ 2,000 yen), so I canceled. Considering the price, I think it's quite good value for money.

It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map.
