Attended an event and turned it into a staycation. As always LOTTE did not disappoint. Friendly staff and excellent service. Beautiful setting and great food. Definitely worth checking in

good location，nearby USA embassy。 2mins walk to marketplace (with super market) breakfast are focus on western style, almost no Chinese style

Very comfortable room with a picturesque view of Inya Lake. We used the outdoor pool and the male-only spa: sauna & steam room. We'd particularly like to mention Kyaw Thura Htun who is housekeeping in the public area for being so friendly and welcoming with a lovely smile.

It was a nice stay at LOTTE. Good service.

Overall - great experience. Didn't give 5/5 because the lake next to the Hotel had a foul smell. Can't entirely blame the Hotel for that, but yeah would have given 5/5 if there air was clean and fresh.

Good location, friendly and helpful staffs, even though I forgot the my charger, they returned back next check in. Good breakfast, the room are clean and tidy.

5 stars hotel with great services and amenities. Its very clean and staffs are very accommodating. The gym is huge with alot of machines. The morning buffet selection is big but dinner buffet is even bigger. Highly recommend!

I really like this hotel. The location is suitable for traveling outside, Me and My friend booked 2 rooms in this hotel. I was booked the room with city view in Yangon and never regret it, love the view at night the most. The accommodation is clean and have facilities to supply my demand. the price is reasonable, the receptions are so nice and kind. I wish I could take my family visit this place agian.
