The concierge service is excellent, we have problems using wechat to find a driver to take us to the museum, they helped us immediately and we are really glad everything worked out good👍 The breakfast buffet was good, restaurant is very clean and pleasant, very relaxing atmosphere👍

The hotel is quite old. The outdoor swimming pool jet isn't working. Our room's desk lamp is not functioning, but the hotel did not compensate for it.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The atmosphere was unmatched, the staff were wonderful, and the sea view was unforgettable. I couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience, and I can't wait to return to this paradise again soon. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil beachside escape.

Careful, during "low" season (up to May): - outside swimming pool does not open, - only 1 restaurant is opened (Chinese), We had no chance also with sea water: filthy and many huge jellyfish. The sand is beautiful and beach is cleaned up. Unfortunately, the "private" fireworks sent in the sky at dawn leave great number of boxes and glass bottles on the sand for the next day.

Private beach, lots of activities. Good location close to restaurants and museum.

My family had a short getaway this weekend staying 2 nights in the Crown hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Hotel itself is quite classic but the staffs are very bright and friendly. Our room unfortunately had a problem in the first night and I couldn’t sleep well. The next morning “Leo” responded to my complain immediately and gave another room, and it was not the end. He took attention to us and had us feel really cared for. Thanks for your caring and even the gift for my little daughter! And we were provided late checkout service so could enjoy the beautiful beach just in front of the hotel fully even on the leaving day!! (Thanks Yoyo for that!) It was my best short weekend trip in the last 12 months I trust. Maybe it’s because it’s not a peek season, but anyway my family decided to come to Crwon Hailingdao as often as we could!!

We had a great time, the room was very spacious and clean, the hotel stuff was very friendly and accommodating; Our room has a beautiful view in the day and night. The buffet breakfast was very luxurious and had many options both western and Chinese. Outside the hotel there was many attractions, we chose to go fishing and actually caught one fish. overall the trip was very peaceful and relaxing.

The hotel is right on the beach although it’s not a swimming beach, swimming pool was lovely but dirty, staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel’s buffet was disappointing for a crowne plaza, no western restaurant around, a Chinese seafood street is a 15 mins walk from the hotel, area is calm and peaceful, family friendly.

the hotel complex is really good for kids, they have many different area and activities so kids never get bored. all in walking range. even have afternoon foam-pool party for them. food buffet is good and many choices. room was great, spacious with two sides windows and bath. only inconvenient is the access to private beach but cannot go in water ot swim! why come in hotel in seafront with beach if cannot enjoy it?

The service was good during our stay. We could check in early and were upgraded to a seaview room (no additional cost) which had a great view! Staff at front desk was very helpful, english no problem. Because the price per night is a lot in comparison with the other hotels on this island I expected a perfect state, but in general the hotel looked a bit old and in need of a good freshen up. Some facilities were less then you expect for this price; outside pool area not so well maintained. Worth to mention is that the hot spring is not open during summer. ‘Too hot’. The beach in front of the hotel grounds is a public beach. Breakfast was ok. I can recommend to take the buffet dinner (scan to wechat get a little discount), very nice seafood choices! We liked our stay! Typhoon winds and thunder did not ruin our days here.
