The location of this hotel is really good, close to Wuyue Plaza. The mutton hotpot across the street is also good. The hotel service needs to be improved, especially the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. During the morning rush hour, people going downstairs to check out and going upstairs to have breakfast are crowded. The food variety and environment in the restaurant are also seriously mismatched with the number of rooms. I didn't have a good breakfast for two consecutive mornings. It was crowded. The breakfast restaurant waiter also had a sullen face. Maybe it's like this during the National Day holiday.

I traveled to Yan'an, the holy land of the Red Revolution, on a winter weekend and saw that this hotel was highly rated online. After checking in, I found it was really great. The front desk staff and security guards are very friendly. Parking 🅿️ is right at the door. Very convenient. The room was warm and clean, with plenty of hot water from the tap shower head. It’s really comfortable. The next day breakfast was delivered to the room. The location is also good. It is very close to the night market street and Wanda. Recommended! !

Yan'an Hotel hardware is very good, the corridor is wide, the room is large, the twin beds are 1.5 meters, with the children is to go to this big bed, breakfast is OK. But the management of the hotel is too bad. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are all piece by piece. The maps seem to have not been cleaned. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the room did not change the sheets. The sheets under the quilt touched a small particle on the bed. I don't know what. There was no toilet paper washed away in the bathroom. The night shift waiter service was very good. I cleaned the sheets overnight and changed the sheets. The next day I went to the front desk to reflect that the front desk didn't seem to be concerned. The five diamonds showed felt like the guest house in the past.

During May 1st, I chose this not cheap hotel to stay because of its unique location. Being able to open a hotel on Pagoda Mountain is indeed a demonstration of its strength. The room facilities and environment are indeed very good. Although the price is slightly more expensive in comparison. But considering that we are on Pagoda Mountain, it is understandable. During this period, there was an episode, and swarms of little ants appeared in our room. Called the hotel to handle it. The waiter didn't find any excuse at all and went around every corner to disinfect the people seriously. The service awareness is really good. It's a pity that the temperature dropped on the night we arrived, otherwise it would have been a great experience to drink tea and chat in the small courtyard at night. Recommend~

酒店在金延安，是距離延安市區的寶塔山景區大約10公里. 酒店的免費地下車庫車位足夠多，有車庫專用電梯到大堂的隔壁，還是挺方便的。酒店的建築格局與設施，比我想象的好很多，客房裡麪的設計是窯洞式的感覺，我們倆都挺喜歡的。金延安在延安市當地來説，就是個吃喝玩樂加拍照的網紅打卡地，停好車後就可以逛吃逛吃一整天，不過個人還是比較喜歡太陽西斜至華燈初上的時候去，慢慢亮燈的感覺很好，感覺整個區域都變漂亮了。關於酒店，有兩點意見，希望能夠做出改進。第一就是衞生間淋浴房區域沒有毛巾架，浴巾是放在衞生間坐便器上方，與淋浴區中間還隔着兩個洗臉盆的位置，使用不是很方便。第二點要吐槽的就是早餐，我們入住的時候服務生沒有介紹，第二天早上打電話問了才知道，原來早餐要去別的地方也就是老闆開的另外一家民宿的地下去用餐，服務生態度很好，到路邊轉彎處來接我們，謝謝！早餐的食物品種很少，僅有的幾張桌子坐滿了客人，想問問服務生我們可以坐哪兒的時候，發現整個餐廳沒有服務員，衹有一個在廚房裡的中年男人，我們説的普通話他聽不懂，還是邊上在用餐的客人幫我們翻譯的，他哼哧哼哧了半天也沒有回答我們的問題。我們衹好在隔着大玻璃貌似會議室的大桌子邊上坐下，隨便吃了點就離開了，離開的時候看到廚房的這個人在裏面抽煙玩手機，很不理解現在都什麼年代了，公共區域還能抽煙，特別是廚房。我們立即決定第二天酒店提供的免費早餐不吃了，去外面找了一家餛飩店吃第二天的早餐。

不足有幾點，房間電話不能呼前台，有需要幫助得自己走去前台，這一點不方便

最後説一下體驗最不好的：大約凌晨1點多有來入住的客人，走廊吵鬧聲音簡直太吵了！不停的關門聲音差點振的心臟不好！太討厭了，還沒辦法聯繫到前台！

The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so loving and warm, making the fatigue of our trip disappear.
The room we stayed in was a suite. It was clean and quiet, and the surrounding environment was elegant. At this price, it was very cost-effective. The hotel tried its best to help with any needs we had, which made my father and mother full of praise for them. There were programs in the evening and they were interactive with the audience. Yes, it's fun. To sum up in one sentence, I recommend it.

MMW MB, Canadian retireesThe hotel was in a great part of town and the service was great. The breakfast was quite good. The only downside was the dryer for the laundry room was broken. It seems that many hotels buy the most inexpensive machines to be able to add laundry room to their amenities list. We are into our sixth week of travel in China and we depend on laundry rooms as an essential item not a luxury add on.

Let me focus on the restaurant adventure. The breakfast options seem to be quite varied, but the good ones are limited. You need to ask the waiter for butter, there are no knives and forks. When I wanted to spread butter, the waiter gave me a stirring stick, and you won’t believe it, it’s quite useful for spreading jam! On the first day, I wanted to have a bowl of noodles for breakfast. Outsiders didn't know what vegetarian sauerkraut noodles were, nor did they know what white noodles, green noodles, and mixed noodles were. After waiting for a long time, the short, round-headed chefs came out from the kitchen. They were all impatient. Either they didn't say anything, or they said: Vegetarian sauerkraut noodles are just minced meat noodles, which kind of noodles do you want? I didn't dare to breathe and just ordered some noodles, which were indeed not very tasty. The next day, I happened to have dinner with the hotel's female manager at the same time. GGuest UserThe room is large, clean and hygienic. I booked two rooms, one standard room and one Kang room. The layout is very unique. The bed is comfortable. There is a parking space at the door, but there are not many parking spaces. I took the elevator and saw that there is an underground parking lot on the first floor that is not open. The breakfast variety is very rich, and the small apples placed at the front desk are delicious. Unfortunately, they are not sold. I walked around Yan'an and didn't see any for sale, which is a bit regretful.

However, because the hotel is too close to the train track, the noise from the high-speed train passing the station is still quite loud.
