Cuiquan Hotel

Breakfast was 5 star. Furnishings and exterior was 5 star. It costs CNY40-60 to travel to the city, or CNY100 if the hotel arranges it for you. Perhaps due to low occupancy, there was only 1 staff at the reception, handling phone calls and requests from guests. Amenities are mainly for children. Gym closes at 5pm, and there's nothing much to do in the hotel if you're not a parent with children. The compound engages a security guard to prevent non-guests from entering and using their facilities. But guests get stopped and questioned; sometimes taxis booked by guests are delayed as they are not allowed to drive into the compound which the main lobby is, creating additional hassle of having to inform the driver to phone the hotel. It is a hotel with big ambitions (several areas still under development) and lavish furnishings (every piece of furniture looks expensive). Unlike advertised on Trip, there was no peacock show. A few peacocks roamed around freely. Complimentary milk and dessert is a small tetra pack milk and a packet of dates.

假期路過延安，入住翠泉，雖然人多，但服務沒減，入住真心不錯，有事情，前台第一時間幫忙解決，真心不錯，，體驗了貴賓樓和翠泉樓，都不錯，點贊，這樣有温度的酒店值得入住，下次還來

非常喜歡的酒店，幾年前住過一次，經過疫情，環境設施仍然維護的很好，餐廳晚班早餐都好吃，服務人員也很親切，小朋友也很喜歡，希望下次能多住幾天。
