very nice hotel with Japanese style room and breakfast. we've got push bike rent for free and around 6pm they offer hot chocolate and marshmallow skewer to cook in the fire, in the gardenin front of the mt. Fuji. the onsen is pretty good too and rooms are big. I would book it again

Overall is good for short stay. Accessible by car is very convenience.

Nice view of Mt Fuji behind courtyard of the hotel. Children & even baby are welcome as all amenities are prepared. Authentic Japanese breakfast, superb Onsen bathroom and many more surprises. Will definitely recommend to others.

Staff is nice with good service.

It is convenient to drive by yourself. The staff is friendly. I originally chose the view of Mount Fuji, but I couldn't see Mount Fuji due to the snow. However, I saw a deer walking around in front of the window. The breakfast and dinner are acceptable to me. It is very close to Lake Yamanaka. I will definitely come next time.

We booked a mountain view room. When we opened the window, we could see a forest. We could barely see Mount Fuji through the gaps in the forest, so we didn't really need to worry about the mountain view or anything else. The quilt looked old, but it was still clean. There is a free hot spring, the pool is not big, and it is on the second floor.

The hotel is full of Japanese guests. The environment is very good. The breakfast and dinner are particularly delicious. The location is also good. There is a bus stop 200 meters away, and it is convenient to go to Lake Kawaguchi. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel, it's so beautiful.

This hotel is so bad that I can't help but comment on it and remind everyone to pay attention! First of all, the musty smell in the room made my throat uncomfortable. Secondly, the air conditioner in the room was equivalent to a decoration and did not cool at all! In addition, there were many insects flying in the corridor, and I don't know why the corridor sometimes felt like stepping on a manhole cover when I stepped on it! Finally, the bathhouse, the environment there was dirty and the water was not clean! There was no one at the hotel front desk after 8 o'clock. Such a hotel still charges nearly 1K for room! Ctrip was not accurate when indicating the hotel information. It said that there were only 6 rooms, but in fact there were more than that! It was originally just a one-night stay, so I just booked a room, but I didn't expect it to be so bad

It is a simple hot spring hotel, not luxuriously decorated, but comfortable. Staff are polite and full of smiles. Breakfast and dinner were good, but after we stayed for three nights, the dishes became repetitive. The rent is not expensive, the service is available, and the environment is comfortable.

All the food was delicious. However, since the fish dishes and rice were served at the beginning, maybe it would have been better to have the potato dumplings later? The kids' room was also well-equipped, and the kids were delighted.

At my wife's request, we stayed at this inn for the first time in a long time, as it was a place where you can see Mt. Fuji beautifully. Since it was a weekday, the parking lot was spacious. After a polite check-in, we enjoyed the beautiful Mt. Fuji towering before us while enjoying a welcome drink. The spacious room had a barrier-free bath and toilet. We used the large public bath, so we didn't use the bath in the room, but we were impressed that it was barrier-free. The large public bath is not a hot spring, but it was written that it has the same effects as a hot spring. The horse oil shampoo and conditioner make your hair very moist. Dinner was a light kaiseki meal, and breakfast was Japanese food, which was neither too much nor too little, and was delicious. They took a photo of us during dinner, and gave us a printout of the photo at breakfast, which was a nice service. When we checked out, the beautiful Mt. Fuji was right in front of us, so we left the inn with regret.
