I was very pleased to stay in this hotel, the room is warm, comfortable and has a nice view from the window.
The hotel is located in a very convenient environment and you can go for a shopping in many differents stores that are nearby.
Most importantly the hotel's manager has been very cordial and polite to his customers. I'll definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great location, but you need to know that the entrance isn't at street level. Luckily, the manager was great and came out to find me after a quick phone call. Follow the map on this site and go to the 16th floor. The room was cool. Very unique design. The manager was also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

位置特別好，特別的方便，就是徐州市中心蘇寧廣場的樓上，我買的是洞穴風格的一個房間，感覺他們家有好幾款洞穴風格的，我這款非常的逼真，確實很有感覺～來的早，能看到保潔阿姨進行清掃工作，非常仔細也很細心，感覺酒店平時沒少培訓和要求衞生這方面，很開心這次入住這裏，沒踩雷，買什麼樣住的就是什麼樣子的，忘記多拍幾張照片留念了[捂臉]

氛圍感真的拉滿的一家酒店👍👍👍👍來徐州遊玩，其中一個亮點就是這個酒店，找蘇寧廣場的時候看到的，而且就在蘇寧樓上，我們覺得去哪裡都方便這個位置就預訂了，真是不錯！！圖片和實景一致不説，服務就非常好，而且衞生很注重，相當的乾淨！必須好評[愉快]

大家自己看！房間有問題為什麼還要出售，一開始衹是説馬桶有點問題，我都沒有説什麼，結果還不能好好洗澡，後來沒辦法了把我換到另一個房間洗澡去了，這麼冷天折騰人！發訊息不回，假裝看不見，讓保潔阿姨道歉有什麼用，從來都沒有過這麼差的體驗！我勸大家以後去他們家一定檢查好衞生間設備！360真的太不值了，態度沒有，昧着良心賺錢！！！

設施：我們住的洞穴房氛圍感很洞穴，但牆體很扎人，住兩晚手上蹭傷好幾次破皮，輕輕碰到就蹭傷了很雞肋，掛衣服的是在牆體上會喇衣服。
環境：房間很小，但是開窗確實看的城景挺好。房間整體沒有特意拍照片，反正跟商家放的圖一樣
衞生：很好的一點是馬桶圈套了一次性的
服務：老闆很親和熱情，但住的同價位酒店一般在第一天就會打掃送水，這個民宿第二天完全沒有打掃也沒有送水

平時比較忙，也就是節假日有時間來徐州玩，打算住一晚，網上看上了這家酒店的房間，樣子比較多，都很好看，也沒有太多選擇就挑選了其中兩間，前台人員很熱心，又幫忙給調換到了同一層，方便我們，很感謝服務很好[合十]住的也非常不錯，和照片上的一樣的房間，很真實，也很乾凈，而且早上我們要出車離開特別早，五點多要出停車場，也是工作人員提前幫助協調安排，我們的車子才順利的出去的，酒店很好，房間很棒！大家可以入住，沒有問題的！
