The hotel is nice with affordable price. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. There is a subway station right across from the hotel. The hotel is located 10 minutes away from Xuzhou East Railway Station.

I freaking love this hotel during my stay in here(Xuzhou)..the buffet breakfast r great the staff superb service..I had small gift from the hotel n sliced pack watermelon upon check in..it was delicious!definitely will come back for sure!!looking forward and thank you for you guys service

簡直刷新了我對經濟型酒店的認知，這家錦江都城酒店服務是同檔酒店天花板級的存在。本來我是定了某某水晶，但是老公之前曾經住過這個酒店，強烈推薦，衹好退了桔子水晶，改定這家錦江都城，事實證明他是對的。從前台到房間保潔人員，到餐廳服務員都非常熱情周到，任何地方碰到酒店的工作人員都主動問好。早餐的種類不算多，但是味道很好，米線比我在徐州其他地方吃的還好吃呢。 二樓的露台很不錯，喜歡塗鴉牆。有空的時候可以坐在那裡喝喝茶也是很愜意的。酒店還有免費接站服務。每一個細節都能感受到酒店的用心細心貼心，祝你們生意興隆，越來越好，以後有機會再來徐州我還會選擇錦江都城。

前台服務非常好，訴求能夠及時解決。店內服務人員很有禮貌，見到都會打招呼。每個房間內都有手寫的徐州旅遊攻略，還有晚安麪和水果，非常貼心。早餐也非常好吃，種類非常多，早餐廳的阿姨服務也很好，還幫忙捲餅。體驗非常好，推薦入住，性價比很高。
