I came to experience the event during the Goddess Festival.
I stayed in a garden-view room on the tenth floor. The room was clean and tidy, with a wide view. You can see the scenery of the Garden Expo Park by opening the balcony door. If spring comes, it will definitely be more beautiful! I would like to praise the lady at the front desk. The service is really good! I am very satisfied with the stay experience!

The suite I booked was very big, but unfortunately there was no lake view opposite
The hotel environment and service were good. They combined the two nights I booked separately and extended my stay. There were a lot of people in Xuzhou during the May Day holiday. This is a good place for vacation. We had a barbecue outdoors in the evening. Our whole family can't eat spicy food. The beer was good and we drank it.
The breakfast was standard. The restaurant was a bit small and crowded. When I went there in the morning, the peacocks outside spread their tails. It was nice to walk around.
The swimming pool is very large, the water quality is good, and there are not many people. It is pleasant to swim two laps every day.
You should avoid crowds on holidays and focus on a leisure bar.
Overall, it is not bad.

The hotel is relatively far from the city, but it is only a 20-yuan taxi ride away. There is a super large shopping mall nearby, where you can buy everything you need. There is a shared electric car parking spot, or you can walk to Jinlonghu Station on Line 1. The bus is No. 70, which is very convenient for traveling to scenic spots. It takes only ten minutes to get there by taxi from the East High-speed Railway Station. I personally think it is more cost-effective than staying near scenic spots. The Jimu twin room we booked was clean and sanitary, the waiters were polite, and the overall feeling was very comfortable. I will choose Atour Hotel Global Harbor next time I come to Xuzhou.

Service: The service is meticulous. When we arrived at the hotel late at night, there was a dedicated person in the parking lot to guide us to which building we should go to. There was someone at the front desk to help me with the registration. They also helped me take care of my children. They spoke softly and smiled, and were very kind. When we got to the room, we were greeted with fruits and When you arrive at the restaurant for snacks and breakfast, everyone is very enthusiastic and will guide you. Noodles and coffee will be delivered to your table if you want to talk. There were children, and they were always with them, and they also gave them puzzles, and they gave us glasses wipes when they saw they were wearing glasses. No one in the restaurant was idle, and they were actively taking care of everyone. After we left, the bellman helped us bring our luggage to the parking lot. field! I really want to give every waiter ten stars!

AAnonymous UserEvery time I go home during holidays, I will choose to stay in this hotel. Before check-in, the staff called me to confirm my check-in and asked me if I had any special requirements. After check-in, the room was thoughtfully sent with fruits and a handwritten note, which was very warm. The room has a washing machine, which is very convenient and suitable for a lazy person like me. The room aunt will also see me washing clothes and provide me with a clothes drying rack and laundry detergent, which is an unexpected surprise! The hotel front desk is equipped with a coffee machine, and the hotel's charity items are also free to use. I took some away when I left. Hahahaha, I have to say that the hotel really has everything. The lobby bar has free afternoon tea. The most important thing is that the staff also gave me a free tea coupon. Thinking about it, I really saved a lot of money. It is really worth the money. CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

I have stayed in this hotel few times a year and qnd wonder when the coffeer shop will be open for lunch and for diner. so far they open only open for breakfast (western and Chinese).Besides the Chinese restaurant second floor that is always empty, no decent restaurant close to the hotel, therefore bring your instant noodled with you.
Room service is available though, but do not be in a hurry, choice is not wide, and, your meal may take over an hour to come.....
This explain most likely why the hotel always rooms available.

Putting aside the cold attitude, on the other hand, if it is the time specified by the hotel management, the time the guest sees on the private room card is inconsistent with the actual opening time of the restaurant.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the west exit of Xuzhou East Railway Station. It was very cold and rainy that night. The top wind was snowing at a little more than a little in the middle of the night. I felt that the home was very warm. The boss was very good. I was afraid that we would take the initiative to send us a duvet. The room is large and clean, the bed is super big, visually more than two meters wide!

IIrfan ifiI recently enjoyed a four-night stay in a hotel managed by two active and cooperative managers who diligently solved our issues. The hotel offers a unique touch with the option to choose specifically designed, cozy rooms. However, better sound insulation could improve the overall comfort. The perfect location, atop a Wanda Plaza mall, made shopping extremely convenient. Despite minor stuff, the overall experience was great, positive and the hotel comes recommended for its service and location.
