酒店在天泉湖畔，環境優美是那種花園式酒店。酒店佔地很大，房間裏設施齊全，乾淨整潔。 酒店前台沈經理和客房孫管家接待熱情 。入住當天的晚餐在酒店餐廳品嚐了小龍蝦套餐，小龍蝦味道鮮美，幾樣蔬菜也炒的非常清淡且美味。第二天的早餐種類豐富，口味不錯。這是旅遊度假的好地方。

天泉湖金陵山莊坐落於青山綠水間，山莊臨湖而建景色非常漂亮。我們在路上就接到山莊小夥子沈經理的來點問需不需要用午餐，到了受到沈經理熱情接待並親自領我們進房間，住宿期間沈經理幫忙訂晚餐、來點詢問餐券拿了沒有、需不需要打掃房間等面面俱到，當面沒説這裏説聲感謝。沈經理安排的房間景色超美，房間幾乎各個角落都能看見端莊秀美的天泉湖，早上在房間還能看見日出和成羣的小鳥從窗前飛過，晚上在院子裏能看見滿天明亮的星星，一次非常愉悦的住宿景美人好。

環境很好，就靠着湖，而且清明假期有很多活動。服務態度也好，房間裏靠着山和水有小蟲子，他們會提醒，如果遇見還會上門清走。贈送的套餐還給打包帶走，整體都很愉快。
