The hotel has two floors, the rooms are antique, the corridor-style courtyard building, and the cultural charm is naturally distributed. The front desk staff was still enthusiastic, paying attention to the needs of the guests' housing, and sent welcome fruits and snacks.
Needs to be improved: room hardware facilities or equipment can not be used very well, such as the door to the balcony can not be locked, the TV program is stuck or the circle does not correspond to the viewing interface, ask the front desk to explain clearly, avoid the weight, and fail to do a good job of positive feedback. Breakfast fruit is not very fresh, especially the sugar orange feels stored for a long time. In addition, after checking out and leaving the store for a while, the front desk called and said that there was something that I didn't see. It was actually placed in the cabinet. The professionalism of the service staff who cleaned the room needs to be improved. Without internal verification, the front desk disturbs the guests without authorization. It can be seen that the management is not enough.
Transportation: Taxis near the west gate of Jixian County can't be seen at all. It is not convenient for guests with luggage to travel, and there is a big difference between travel expectations.
In short, the details determine success or failure, the guest's goodwill is greatly reduced, and the hotel's positioning is far from the hotel. I still hope that the hotel will take one step back and three, polish the chain brand, and do better!

The interior facilities are complete, the furniture is exquisite, the big bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is well designed. The service is attentive and warm, and the breakfast is rich and nutritious. The only drawback is that the children living upstairs started running around in the room at 5 o'clock in the morning. It was too noisy. It is the best choice to avoid the holiday period.

AAnonymous UserAs soon as I entered the room, I saw that the hygiene was not up to par. 😓 I called immediately and the front desk said they would change my room and asked the cleaning lady to give me a room card. The lady came up and showed me another room. I thought someone was calling next door to that room. The mahjong sound was messy, so I asked her if there were other rooms. She found it too troublesome and didn’t want to show me other rooms. (She didn’t clearly say that there were no other rooms or that they were full, etc.) She also said that the room was available from the beginning. Okay, I just need to take away the trash. The room I changed to is not as good as this one. Then I came back from out of town to attend the interview the next day. I was very tired after riding in the car for a day, so I didn’t want to worry about it, so I just stayed in the original hotel. That room😞The overall facilities in the room are old. I wanted to watch TV, but there was no signal all the time. I was so tired that I didn’t even want to call the customer service phone. I stopped watching and went to bed🙄 Let’s talk about breakfast. I was really disappointed. Dinner started at 7 o’clock. Went there at 7:06. I don’t know if it’s because there were fewer dishes or if someone else went there early😢The eggs are limited (the yolks are all black, I don’t know when they were made, they don’t look like they were freshly cooked that day), and the steamed buns are also very unpalatable. The tableware looked dirty, and the only dishes were fried bean sprouts and zucchini. The restaurant was small and hot, just a house on the top floor. When I was booking a hotel, I shopped around a lot. After reading a lot of reviews, I chose the Arc de Triomphe near the city wall. I don’t know why they all had such good reviews🤨

The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the ancient city of Jixian, within walking distance, eating and shopping around are very convenient. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and I slept very well. The waiter was very good, and he took the initiative to help with luggage when he checked in. It felt very intimate. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, especially the local specialty snacks, which are very local. I will choose here next time I come to Jixian, the price is super high!
