房間大，陽台舒服，拖鞋牙刷都備了三套，服務好！晚上陽台可以看到遊客中心的煙花！酒店對面就是齊雲山索道，很方便！

房間總體還可以，就是同行小孩需要學習備考編制且已經遊過齊雲山所以待在房間，我們怕遊玩時間上不能及時下山所以請求所定的5個房間就一個房延時到下午兩點退房，但前台是一口拒絕説是他們就沒有這樣的規矩，呵呵，一個上檔次的酒店不單單是硬件，人性化的服務也必須過硬，最後好説歹説同意延遲到下午一點退房，我們原先計劃是第二天睡到9點出發上山，後來大家都提前到7點半出發，也趕在了12點前下山退房了，就因為這一插曲玩得一點不盡興。酒店的早餐是三個酒店在一起的，人很多體驗不好，而且這早餐實在是太差了，雖説是含早餐的，如果需要多一個早餐要另付58元，那實際付8元都是大冤種。

打開窗就是山，春節期間去的，體驗很好！酒店服務及時、到位，景區活動豐富，NPC一點不湊活，都非常敬業，代入感很強，大人小孩體驗都很好！過年期間活動組織井井有條，人也不是特別多，玩的很開心！已經跟很多朋友同事推薦齊雲山景區和住宿的酒店！

凌晨到酒店前台工作人員高效快速辦理了手續，套餐所含的門票等都裝在一個信封裏內容很豐富，早餐在另一個酒店裡東西也不多衹能吃飽吧，酒店陽台望出去風景特別好，性價比超高。
