Hotels in Xinzheng Airport Area, Xinzheng

The airport shuttle service is helpful. Else walking with big luggage is a bit far. I arrived shortly after midnight. The lobby was dimmed and there was only one staff at the front desk. During the short stay to check in, i already witnessed a few guests approaching her for help in various in-room issues; not to mention the phone kept ringing. A guest commented no one picked up his call therefore he had to walk the long journey to the lobby. My check-in was hence interrupted a few times. She simply couldn't coped. All these reflected that both the hotel is dated (the interior decor too could tell) and not appropriately staffed. Walking from the lobby to the room were far, (again) quite dimmed & warm. The room i was in was spacious and there was a wardrobe; but there was an out of place cloth rack in the middle of the room...... kind of weird!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are really good. Very new Hygiene: Clean, tidy and comfortable. Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. Service: The service is very good. Great.

The room was clean and tidy without smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the fatigue of the journey was relieved when I lay down. The bathroom was very intimate with the wet and dry separation design. The staff was very good, the check-in and check-out were very fast, and they also took the initiative to recommend local food and play routes. Absolute value for money

The room is clean and the service is good. Xinya at the front desk is very friendly. I forgot my room card and helped me get a new card. Very comfortable stay experience

This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The hotel'slocation is very convenient, the rooms are comfortable and cozy. The hotel staff member Lily was warm and attentive, with an excellent service attitude. This is a trustworthy and good hotel

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Zhengzhou Airport Xi'an Hotel is truly an unforgettable stay experience! The hotel design is full of modernity, and the colors are warm and comfortable. You can feel the warmth of home as soon as you enter the room. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep and rejuvenating myself. The service at the hotel is also excellent, the staff are warm and attentive and always provide help in a timely manner. The breakfast is diverse and delicious, making me look forward to the morning every day. Most importantly, the hotel is very close to the airport, making traveling very convenient. In short, I am very satisfied with Zhengzhou Airport Xi'an Hotel in terms of location, facilities and services. It is an excellent choice for business trips or travels. I highly recommend it to friends who need to stay near the airport!

It was a lovely room with spacious amounts of space and beds. Although I only stayed a few hours, it felt as if I had already got very good sleep in my stay there.

Close to the airport, near by, have one small mall with supermarket. The food at hotel is also very good. Staff all friendly.
