被子返潮 空調聲音一晚上都跟拖拉機一樣，哄哄一晚上 尤其早餐去餐廳吃飯 既然小瓶飲料還要收三塊錢一瓶 不知道酒店到底是怎麼規定的。

這家酒店服务非常好，入住時房卡無法刷，服务员協助將行李拿到房间。用歺回来就搞定了。房间很大、乾淨，环境优雅。酒店还赠用迎賓水果、零食、飲料。早歺自助式菜色种類多，环境宽敞舒适。下次𠕇机会來新郑，还会再來住。

很少會給差評這一次真的是被氣到了！
首先房間很冷衹有20度，空調衹能開製冷，工作人員上門之後告訴我是因為中央空調現在還不能制熱，這個我理解。
但是當時確實房間很冷問了工作人員如何解決，工作人員的回覆竟然是讓我把房間門開着，當時差不多是晚上11點，我是一個女生獨自出遊，竟然讓我開着門。我説我自己一個人住開着門害怕，工作人員再次表示我這個樓層已經住滿了人不用害怕，這個邏輯我也是不太懂，難道我害怕不是因為人是因為鬼？另外房間門的邊緣磨損嚴重。
之後我去洗澡，浴室門是關不嚴實的，大約有五釐米的縫隙！並且淋浴間是沒有放洗髮水沐浴液的地方的，衹能放在地上！當時我無比震驚！在我準備使用沐浴液的時候發現沐浴液是空的擠不出來！所以客房在整理房間時完全不檢查嗎？？？
另外房間隔音非常差，整個晚上門外都是很多人説話的聲音！其他的就不再細細描述了，總之連如家 七天這種快捷酒店都不如！早上趕緊換到了對面的萬華酒店，體驗感好了太多！
以後來新鄭再也不住華美達了！
