房間設施還行，有點舊，空調除濕效果很好！大娘服務很好，退房查驗時幫我發現了忘拿的雖不值錢、但酷暑不可少的遮陽帽，還免費寄存離開明港前難以攜帶的行李。

酒店太差了，空調不製冷，也不調換房間。房間窗户關不嚴，蚊子能吃人。而且房間陰影消費，床頭紙還收費5塊！態度極其惡劣，讓我打12345投訴，説房間沒有消防通道，房間沒有消防面罩，消防器材過期。更重要沒有熱水，老闆説夏天誰用熱水

房間環境特別差，房間才三個平方，一股怪味，還是用的鑰匙開門，馬桶壞的，洗漱台壞的，床單被單不僅怪味還有污漬，一塊臟兮兮的地毯燙一個小洞還要收50元，不僅如此，賓館阿姨態度十分惡劣，69一晚的房間，我第二天5點臨時有事要退房，要收我60元，我不知道這是誰規定的，一晚才69的房間要收60元，我出差那麼久，第一次見一輩子******的賓館老闆，並且樓下是棋牌室，房間的紙巾還要收你5元，一不小心你就要被黑，住客需謹慎再三思，。
