房子空間很大，設施還是齊全，淋浴的水非常大，就是感覺抽水馬桶不怎麼給力，建議換個馬桶。一百多的價格性價比已經很不錯了。

還可以吧，春節期間去的，310的房價，沒有想象當中的那麼吵，地理位置太佔優勢啦！就在廣場旁邊，周邊很熱鬧，停車就在樓下後院，很方便！值得推薦！下次去還會選擇！
