It was such a lovely few days staying in Xining. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious. The people were so kinda to me and so helpful. They were very patient and happy to communicate with a translator app. I haven’t always been met with kindness and patience at hotels in China. So it felt really amazing.

Actually very good for the price. Room was spacious and well maintained. The elevators were incredibly slow though, and you need to leave an extra 10-15 minutes before you need to get somewhere

Great value. We were upgraded complementary so we could store our bikes in the room. Thank you for your kindness. Everything worked as it should and shower was great. :)

We asked on arrival for a safe place to store our bikes and they kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Everything worked and beds were big and comfortable. Right next to the train station. Met our needs for exploring the city. No issues checkin. Thank you 😊

Location of the hotel is good, near to railway station. Even though we booked a room without air conditioner, it was cooling enough in the night time, so not an issue sleeping. Bed is very comfortable, breakfast was alright. Cleanliness of the room can be improved but overall was good and would stay here again if I am back in Xining.

The floor was very dirty. Other than that the room and hotel is nice

The room has air conditioning and is very hot. It is clean and tidy. The shower water has great pressure and I like it very much! Some hotels have low water pressure for showers, making showers uncomfortable! The room rate is not expensive, and there is breakfast in the morning, which is different every day. It's good.

This is my 4th stay. The front desk is friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent, close to the train station, a 10-minute walk. The free breakfast is okay and filling. The only problem is that the Hui waitress who cleans the dishes in the restaurant is very unfriendly. I saw her treating diners rudely several times.

The room is very big. The sink and hair dryer are located inside the room, so you can wash your hands directly without going to the toilet. The elevator in this building is quite old and the computer is not very smart, so you have to wait for a while. The hotel is very close to the bus station and railway station, making travel convenient. The food at the food court on the second floor of the bus station is pretty good and tastes pretty good. If you can't find anything to eat nearby, you can eat here directly. The price is also affordable.
