This stay really gave me an unexpected surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I could feel the elegant atmosphere carefully created, the warm lighting, the exquisite decoration, and every detail revealed the quality and style of the hotel. The warm smiles and caring greetings of the front desk staff instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey, as if I had returned home. The breakfast was very rich and there were many kinds of hot springs. The entire hotel has a reasonable layout and complete facilities. I have stayed in this hotel many times, but this time I feel bad. The main reason is that the facilities are outdated. The main problems are: 1) The door lock is loose and difficult to open; 2) There is no way to use the room phone, and you can't contact the main station. You can only use your mobile phone to call the hotel front desk; 3) The bathroom has some peculiar smell; 4) The air-conditioning inlet/outlet at the entrance is dusty. None of the above problems existed when I lived there before. Hope it can be improved. When checking out, there is no need to check the room, which is very convenient.

Hotel location is good, not far from the high-speed rail in the city, this time is to Xianning tourism is mainly to soak in the hot springs and Jihua Ice and Snow Ski Hall to play snow, the price is not bad, the room is quite satisfactory, the gym laundry room is complete, 6 kilometers away from the hot springs, more than 10 minutes by car, It is 14 kilometers away from Jihua Ice and Snow Xiangcheng Ski Hall, less than 20 minutes by car. Basically, a taxi can solve the problem. The next day, I also went to the free Xianning City Museum at the door. It is recommended and will continue to choose next time.

First: ladies at the front desk: rally lovely helpful ladies! But about the rest??? Swimming-pool? Not open yet. Was not advertised on the internet it was closed. We booked the hotel because of the poo…I hardly believe it will ever be open … Breakfast? Terrible. Very old food. Bread options were so old, you could not even bite in it. They do not refill. So no fruit was left at 9.15….. breakfast should be open till 10.00… Food options restaurant for dinner: black pepper beef was way to hard to chew, and overpriced. Room cleaning: perfect Roomsize: okay Airconditioning: we had to ask several times why it didn’t work. It was way to hot in the room, so we didn’t have a nice sleep. Overal: despite the lovely desk ladies, would never again stay here again.
