前台和服務員服務意識太差，每天最基本的房間打掃衞生還得需要反覆叫人去打掃，最可笑的是有一次去住宿，前台的小姑娘在旁邊沙發上也不理，我還以為她是顧客，叫了十幾聲有沒有人，最後小姑娘才不情願的起來，花的二百多塊住宿，住的是幾十塊錢的體驗，一點服務意識都沒有，太差勁
