Hotels in Xiamen Railway Station Area, Xiamen

The rooms size is ok, but cleanliness need to be improved, the front desk are friendly ( 小梁，小陈，小官）especially the lady and her colleagues who helped to attend to our special request on our check out day . The location of the hotel is good , just in the walking Street.

Allston is a good sized hotel in a great location close to everything for people who like to be outside the hotel exploring than being inside. The rooms was larger than we expected and clean. From our first arrival there, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was our first time in China and the staff at Allston did their best to communicate with us even though we didn’t know any mandarin. The security uncle was so friendly and he was hospitable giving us tea on arrival and helped us with our bags and the wifi. Breakfast next day was in a small comfortable room on the 3rd floor with local healthy choices and it suited our tastes. The front desk girl and the lady and guy the next day were both so accomodating holding our bags after check out time  guiding us to places we can eat around the place and all around explain things to us through translation apps lots of sign gestures and lots of laughing with guests who knew a little English. We were very happy with our stay in Allston and it was really the people that made it wonderful.

Great experience. Very cozy and clean room with all the necessary amenities. However, the isolation could be a little better as I heard plenty of noises coming from outside during the night. Front desk was super friendly despite a little language barrier. Very good Chinese breakfast, had a few international options as well. Perfect location, super close to metro station.

I must give a five-star praise! 🌆 Hotel location The location is super convenient, just at the train station, Mingfa Commercial Plaza, it is very convenient to go out for shopping or to go to attractions, and there are many places to eat around. For foreigners like me, it is too worry-free. 🛏️ Room Facilities As soon as I entered the room, I felt very comfortable, the layout was very warm, and it was clean and tidy. The bed was soft, the fatigue of lying down for a day was dissipated, and I slept soundly. Toiletries are all available in the bathroom, the hot water is also very fast, the water volume is still very large, and the bath is super smooth. The TV, air conditioning and other equipment in the room are also very useful, and there has been no fault. 💁♂️ Service attitude The hotel staff is called a warm and thoughtful! From the beginning of check-in, the young lady at the front desk has been smiling and serving, patiently answering my various questions, and also took the initiative to introduce me to some of the characteristics of the hotel and the fun places around. During the process of living, the aunt who met the room service was always polite and cleaned carefully and seriously. Once I accidentally left the room card in the room, I told the staff and immediately helped solve it. The efficiency was super high. 🍳 Food and Beverage The hotel's breakfast is also worth boasting. The variety is quite rich. There are Chinese buns, fried dough sticks, porridge, and Western bread, cakes, coffee. The taste is not bad. Every morning, you can eat full and start a full day. In short, this time the stay in this hotel is very good in all aspects, the price is also very high, next time you come here to play, you will definitely choose to live here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room is large and well decorated in a pleasant minimalist style. The hotel is conveniently located near Jiangjunci subway station and a bus stop, making it easy to explore Xiamen. The staff is responsive, communication is easy. The bed is really comfortable, one of the most comfortable I tried on my trip. You have all the essentials like shower soap, towels, hairdryers, and water bottles available. There is room for improvement in the soundproofing, which is regrettable for a newly constructed building.

Friendly personnel. Location - walkable distance to Zhoushan street and to the Ferry Pier to Kulansu island. Coffee shop on the first floor. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Sound insulation could be better but still not that bad. Big TV screen. Free laundry, sometimes it might be needed to queue 15-20 minutes. Gym was closed during my stay. Overall good choice for 4 star hotel

I reached the hotel slightly before 2pm, they assigned to the room with patio! What a surprise! Amenities wise is more or less the same, please do expect some wear and tear. Only thing which I'm kind of taken aback is their curtain, it's not exactly blackout curtains - I'm an early riser, so doesn't impact me that badly. Breakfast spread - they have decent selections for chinese food. But if you're not used to typical chinese cuisine, I would suggest skipping their breakfast instead. There's eateries, starbucks, and other food options right opposite the hotel. Or you can walk 5 mins for other options.

The hotel is close to Gaoqi International Airport and accessible within 15 mins by car. There is a station just outside the hotel and an underground shopping link with a huge supermarket in it. The hotel amenities are well-equipped but the breakfast is not very fascinating and quite pricey (not recommendable). For non-smokers, this hotel might not be desirable as all rooms at all floors allow smoking. I feedback about the smoky smell in the room and corridor to the front desk staff but they were helpless with the situation and could not help. The housekeeping staff was very polite and clean the room very thoroughly. The hotel has robot to help to deliver food and drinks to the room.

Last year, I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The overall experience was good, so I have a good impression of the brand of Bona. This time on a business trip, I stayed at Bona in Quanzhou and another Bona in Xiamen. The difference is not a little bit. The environment and service of this hotel are better than the other two. The location is also good. It is convenient to stroll around and eat nearby. All service staff are very polite and deserve full five-star praise.

We stayed in this hotel with our baby, so we asked for a non-smoking room. However, the hotel provided us a smoking room. We asked the front desk but seemed they were unable to speak English. It was ok to stay for a night, but if for several, we might changed to another hotel. Bedding was soft. Their breakfast buffet was awesome. More choices than other same star hotels. Staff in the restaurants were nice.
