Hotels in SM City Square Area, Xiamen

Nice hotel, clean and equip with all necessary amenities. Away from major tourist area, however, close enough to foods and shopping. Must try the seafood restaurant around the corner, fresh and affordable price , no tourist markup. Lol. Will definitely be back again if happened to stay at Xiamen.

1. Facilities: Very good The overall facilities of the hotel are very complete. Hygiene: Very nice The hygiene is quite good, and the room gives people a clean and refreshing feeling as soon as they enter the door. The sheets, towels and other linens are white and stain-free, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is no water accumulation and hair residue in the washbasin and shower area, the toilet and washbasin are also thoroughly disinfected, and there is no dust in the corners. The air outlet of the air conditioner and the carpet are also kept very clean. The overall hygiene standard is comparable to that of a five-star hotel, which makes people feel at ease. 3. Environment: Sea view room This time we stayed in a sea view room with an excellent view. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the sea. You can enjoy the blue sea and blue sky during the day and the beautiful sunset in the evening. The room is very soundproof. Even if you are close to the sea, you can't hear the noisy waves. It is very quiet to sleep at night. The balcony is also equipped with a leisure lounge chair, where you can drink coffee while enjoying the sea breeze, and the holiday feeling is full! 4. Service: Very good The hotel's service is impressive, from the front desk to the room service, they are warm and thoughtful. When checking in, the front desk quickly handled the procedures and took the initiative to upgrade the room type; the room aunt cleaned regularly every day, and also replenished mineral water and toiletries attentively. If there is any need (such as borrowing a conversion plug, delayed check-out, etc.), the 24-hour customer service can respond quickly, with a friendly attitude, and the experience is full! Nearby to airport, 8mins to airport Few small restaurants nearby Small and coz, with big TV Water pressure super strong, love it so much. One of the pillow dirty, not sure Pillow cover or pillow, lots of yellow brown stain.

A highly recommended hotel. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, there is free parking, and the hardware and software facilities are excellent. It is also very convenient to travel around. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Xiamen-Gulangyu Pier, and the bus can go directly to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. The front desk staff is warm and helpful.

As a VIP member of Atour Hotel, I always put it first in every trip. This time on a family vacation in Xiamen, I chose Atour again and specially booked a parent-child duplex room. The children showed great interest and curiosity in this room type. The cleanliness and comfort of the room are first-class, and the hotel's breakfast is also impressive with rich and diverse varieties.

Nice breakfast spread with slightly different dishes for each day, stayed for 5 nights. 5 mins walk to a small convenience shop & some eateries; 15 mins walk to metro station & a small shopping mall.

The hotel locates in a good location, not very far from metro (about 10 minutes walk), and close to bus stop. The opposite of the hotel is Wuyi Cultural Square (五一文化广场) which is surrounded by restaurants, city museum, science museum, city library. The hotel is well decorated. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast so I could not comment on that, however the meals that I ordered as in-room service were quite good and the beers were great.

Had a wonderful experience with ZiJin where services they provided are superb and staff are always helpful and serving with a smile. I gotten a free upgrade room from them and was told there's free supper will be served to all their guests daily from 9.30 onward will 11.00pm. Room are clean and nothing to complain from me.

Atour is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. If you need anything, they will help you if they can. They helped me a lot this time. I'm very grateful to the hotel's brothers and sisters~ And Atour has a great environment and user-friendly facilities, such as the induction night light under the bed, two different types of pillows, etc. In addition, their breakfast and free honey black tea are also delicious~ I will choose Atour again when traveling in the future

It's about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, right next to the entrance of Zhongji on Jinbang Road. The sign is very clear and it's not difficult to find with the navigation. The hotel is newly renovated, and the front desk and cleaning lady are polite and responsible. The room has all the necessary facilities, including comfortable bedding, adequate air conditioning, plenty of hot water, and a variety of TV programs. There is also a long sofa and table where you can put on makeup or eat takeout. It is overall clean, quiet and convenient. During the three days, I found a few small problems, which are for reference only: the hotel is not a hotel with a view, it is located near the parking lot and residential areas; the restroom and toilet are relatively small, and the ground is raised one floor, just like many hotels in Japan; the long sofa is uncomfortable to sit on and does not provide good support; the hair dryer is weak. Stayed for three nights and there was nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend it. Overall good performance, a safe and pleasant stay.
