Super close to Xiamen Gaoqi Airport, so it’s really easy to grab a ride online. The front desk staff were super friendly! I originally booked a twin room on Trip, but when I checked in, they asked if I was staying alone and kindly offered to upgrade me to a double bed for free. The place isn’t super modern, but it’s clean, cozy, and well-kept—great for travelers who just need a comfy place to rest. If you need water or any room amenities like a toothbrush or slippers, just dial 0 and someone will bring it to you. This service is free of charge. Overall, great value!

Allston is a good sized hotel in a great location close to everything for people who like to be outside the hotel exploring than being inside. The rooms was larger than we expected and clean. From our first arrival there, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. It was our first time in China and the staff at Allston did their best to communicate with us even though we didn’t know any mandarin. The security uncle was so friendly and he was hospitable giving us tea on arrival and helped us with our bags and the wifi. Breakfast next day was in a small comfortable room on the 3rd floor with local healthy choices and it suited our tastes. The front desk girl and the lady and guy the next day were both so accomodating holding our bags after check out time  guiding us to places we can eat around the place and all around explain things to us through translation apps lots of sign gestures and lots of laughing with guests who knew a little English. We were very happy with our stay in Allston and it was really the people that made it wonderful.

It is a small hotel on a single floor (L3) but the room is big. The front desk staff helped me to change to a quieter room for free. This location is near many of the main attractions and there's lots of food downstairs. Minus 1 point for cleanliness as I realised that they did not clean below the beds.

Our driver/host was very friendly and hospitable. We arrived late in the night by train, and he was at the train station waiting for us. He could recommend good late night food places around. We also had some special request for the room (non-smoking etc.) and he made sure the room was comfortable to our liking. Would definitely recommend this hotel again!

This is the hotel with the best service and facilities I booked during this trip. The hotel also has its own parking lot, which is very convenient for people who drive by themselves. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast of the hotel is really as everyone commented. Although there are not many varieties, it is very delicious. The chef is very skilled. There are also freshly made rice noodles. The auntie who cooks rice noodles is super kind. In short, I am very satisfied and will stay again. Special praise for the front desk customer service Zhou Zhiyan. The lady is beautiful and kind, and my mother praises her highly.

The room is really clean. Needless to say, please see the pictures for the sight. The parent-child travel suite is convenient for taking care of the family. The light, indoor temperature control, and hot water stability are all very good. It can be booked if you have high requirements for sanitary conditions. Moreover, it is very convenient to travel here. It takes more than ten minutes to take a taxi to several scenic spots. The Eight Markets and Zhongshan Road are right here for eating. My child's phone watch was left in the room, and the boss contacted me in time, otherwise I would be speechless. Thank you boss.

Very good value for money homestay location is very convenient to take a taxi not far from the beach There are also many small restaurants next to it (but be careful of soliciting customers). The room is very clean and tidy. We upgraded the room with bay window for free. Very good takeaway. Convenient screen projection is very clear next to the next night. There is noise, the store solves it in time and provides compensation. The overall experience is very good.

This trip to Xiamen, I stayed in this hotel and had a great experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Environment: The hotel environment is very good, elegant and warm, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the sunrise outside the window is beautiful. Service: The service staff is warm and thoughtful, patient and meticulous when checking in, and responds to questions in a very timely manner. Facilities: The guest rooms are fully equipped, the beds are soft, the supplies are good, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality.

The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel. The beds are comfortable and the supplies are thoughtful. When we went to the North Station, the driver of the store had not returned yet. We took a taxi ourselves and the front desk lady reimbursed the fare. The experience was great😁
