Xiamen Siming District Hotels

The hotel is inside a mall and there is a McDonald’s which is very near to the hotel. The staff are very polite and professional. She upgraded our rooms for free which I deeply appreciate it! Besides that, free fruit platters were given to us and we were served with welcome drinks and hot hand towel upon arrival. The non-smoking rooms are awesome. The rooms were cleaned daily and they replenished the mineral water daily. Buffet breakfast, tea time and supper were provided daily so you don’t have to worry about food at all. Besides that, there are heaps of shops and eateries along the Zhong Shan walking street (which is very nearby to the hotel). Highly recommended to those who come to visit Xiamen and I will be back!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We stayed 4 nights with two different designs of rooms. This hotel was very stylish and clean as I expected. Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to 李李， she help received my parcel and because we have extra two more medium luggage on the last day, she very helpful and help us call the special taxi with great price to airport. I hope I will have a chance to return to this hotel in future. This was our first time traveling to China. We have very good memories of this trip. We met a lot of nice people in China.

I had a great stay at the htoel. The place was spotless, and the reception team, especially Xiao Chen and Xiao Ting, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for directions, they not only provided clear guidance but also shared contacts and recommended lots of great places to visit. Highly recommend!

After staying at Qishang Hotel, I found that there were no rooms with a real sea view, and the price of the suite was a bit too expensive. I needed a separate office area for video conferencing, so I decided to find a hotel with a more suitable location and more generous rooms. I found that this hotel has good reviews, and there are also suites with sea views, and the most important thing is that the price is also very satisfactory. I stayed for two days and was very satisfied. It can be said that the price-performance ratio is full. The location of the hotel is very successful. The room type I chose has a sea view and faces the Little Kinmen Island. The check-in process was very fast. The staff assisted with luggage and introduced the room facilities and learned about the check-in requirements by the way. The service was very thoughtful. The room was a suite, which was large enough. The long room type can clearly separate the layout of each room, which is generally reasonable. In particular, the balcony outside is large enough to make a separate outdoor room. The only drawback is that it is too spacious. It feels that such a large area is not used. It’s a pity. The breakfast is quite rich, and there are many local specialties in southern Fujian to taste. All kinds of food are also delicious. The meals are mainly Chinese, and there are no Western tableware on the table; there is no one to guide you into the restaurant, you swipe your card and find a seat at random, and you make your own coffee. There are very few service staff, so this may not fully meet the standards of a five-star hotel, but considering that the room rate is very friendly, this small shortcoming does not matter. Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. Especially after just coming from Qishang Hotel, I didn't expect that a hotel that is almost three times cheaper can provide the same level of service, more comfortable rooms, and a more abundant breakfast. It is very real, so the consumption is also worth it.

I stayed in International Conference centre Hotel one night with my kids. I feel very warm and comfortable and I like this hotel. Great location, great reception, great room service, great breakfast, great welcome security! I feel that the management of the hotel is very good and the staff service is very good. I don't know their names, but I remember their smiles and enthusiasm. I have to wash clothes every day because I take care of my children. Every time I have trouble the room attendants to run around. But they are always smiling and warm service. I have lived on the 19th floors. I know Tim, Eric and Edwin, and two other people who do not know their names. Thank them very much! We had a lot of luggage, so it was very difficult to get in and get out. They were very patient. They helped us take the luggage upstairs when they saw a lot of luggage. A girl, who was very nice, and Miss Zhang, who was a guest of honor, saw that we had too much luggage on the taxi. It solved our big problem and made us very touched! Thank you, Miss Zhang! We booked a hotel for two nights on Ctrip. The price was relatively cheap, but it included two breakfasts for two people. However, there was no breakfast one day. Since the hotel is not located in the city center and is quite remote, when checking in, I asked the front desk if they could provide two breakfasts on the last day? The staff said I had to apply, but on the third morning, they didn't tell me the result of the application. It turns out that this is the kind of service that five-star hotel provides. If you tell me that there is no free breakfast, I can buy it at my own expense. This is a problem of the manager and the staff's lack of attention to quality. The guest's inquiry can be left unresolved. In addition, the temperature in the room was 25.5 degrees, which was a bit stuffy, and the air-conditioning temperature could not be controlled manually; when I called, the staff said that the temperature could be controlled by ourselves after 10 pm! But at ten o'clock that night, they said that the temperature of the central air conditioning could not be changed. It's really inconsistent with what I said before, this is five-star service. In the end, they gave us a five-star hotel fan, which is not bad. Thirdly, the design of the toilet door is problematic, affecting entry and exit, and making it inconvenient to use the toilet. It keeps closing and closing, which is really disappointing. The best thing is, the king bed is very comfortable, very comfy! All in all, the price is reasonable, but the five-star hotel service is not worth it, so a lot of points were deducted. This is well-intentioned advice. I have spent so much time writing this review with no ill intention. I just hope you can make progress. Because society needs to move forward, your service cannot lag behind other hotels. I am a guest, and since you are a five-star hotel, you should provide relatively high-quality services. The greater the expectations, the greater the disappointment. If I book a room next time, I apologize and say that I will not consider your hotel accommodation again.

Likewise, a Robot Delivery Man which delivers your packet food to your Hotel Room personally. It's an amazing experience! Keep up the good work!

The room was clean and the waiters were polite and friendly. The breakfast was average and not much choice. The location is very strategic, just across the road to Vientiane City, and there are many places to eat nearby. It would be better if there are cabinets and buckets in the room to store personal items. It is inconvenient without a refrigerator. However, having a laundry room is a plus.

The hotel is close to Gaoqi International Airport and accessible within 15 mins by car. There is a station just outside the hotel and an underground shopping link with a huge supermarket in it. The hotel amenities are well-equipped but the breakfast is not very fascinating and quite pricey (not recommendable). For non-smokers, this hotel might not be desirable as all rooms at all floors allow smoking. I feedback about the smoky smell in the room and corridor to the front desk staff but they were helpless with the situation and could not help. The housekeeping staff was very polite and clean the room very thoroughly. The hotel has robot to help to deliver food and drinks to the room.
