位置就在萬科廣場大都薈，就在北站旁邊超級近，很温馨的小屋，設備齊全，投影儀還帶幕布，很清晰，晚上看電影很有氛圍感，樓下夜宵很多，很巴適。下次還會來滴～

五一住宿，最滿意的一家店了。
房東美女人很好，有求必應，給我們多拿了一條毛毯和枕頭。
房間離北站近，隔天趕動車很方便，從窗户就可以看到廈門北站。
衞生環境特別好，房間很乾凈，看着特別新。有洗衣機和冰箱，很方便冰了點廈門特產。
房間進去有股淡淡的香味，四件套也很舒服，還要了連結。洗頭膏和沐浴露也是好評，還給配了護髮素，很貼心。
房間隔音不錯，窗户關起來很安靜，睡得很好。
必須大大的好評！很不錯，推薦入住！對了，看到一個差評説牆壁發黴有污漬，心裏也是有點害怕，到了發現牆壁很乾凈，衞生間乾乾淨淨的，大家可以參考一下圖片。

【極其失望的入住體驗 - 強烈不推薦！】
首先我從來沒有給過任何酒店差評，這個酒店是第一個
衞生狀況堪憂：
1. 床品問題：入住後發現床單被罩有明顯使用痕跡（殘留毛髮及不明污漬），被罩存在1處破洞，疑似未更換清洗。
2. 環境臟亂：牆面有大量鞋印與黴斑，廁所瓷磚發黃積垢（特別是馬桶內側與洗手枱縫隙），沙發嚴重塌陷且布面發黑結塊。
設施維護缺失：
• 隔音系統形同虛設：凌晨2點清晰聽見樓上洗澡水流聲、腳步聲，走廊對話內容可辨，隔壁房間開關門聲猶如在耳邊
服務態度惡劣：
原本預訂3天的酒店，由於酒店位置及衞生環境原因，入住一天後與商家溝通退房，商家給到的答覆是有衞生問題他們可以再重新打掃或者給換房間，如果要退房房費不給退，5.1期間680一晚的房費，2晚就是1360，我沒有住為什麼不給退？請問這些衞生問題不應該是我們入住前就應該做好的嘛？而且我們已經提前告知要退房，房間可以提前掛出去，最後的解決辦法就是店家多扣了我一天的房費，而且扣我房費的那天他的房也有人定了，他就是多賺了一份錢，這樣的商家錢賺的心安嘛？
已留存影像證據並向文旅部門/消費者協會投訴，提醒各位務必謹慎選擇該酒店，同等價位完全有更好的住宿選擇！
