Setelah tinggal selama tiga hari, saya perlu membeli handuk dan air. Pelayan membuka pintu dan berjalan mondar-mandir di dalam kamar. Seorang pelayan masuk tanpa melihat ke arah saya, tetapi terus mengamati ruangan dengan matanya. Dia melihat sekeliling untuk waktu yang lama, itu sangat tidak sopan. Saya telah tinggal di banyak hotel yang dikelola oleh Ascott, dan ini adalah satu-satunya! ! ! Setelah kami check in, kami mengganti sandal di kamar. Staf layanan harus menyerahkan barang di luar pintu saat memasuki kamar tamu. Mereka harus bertanya kepada tamu apakah tidak apa-apa sebelum memasuki kamar. Mereka harus mengenakan penutup sepatu saat memasuki kamar. .

Reception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit . Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores. The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

Hotel was near train station and there is a neighbourhood mall which was very convenient with many restaurants and shops. Room was clean and neat.

Location of the hotel is next to the metro line, there is a shopping mall across the street with many restaurants. We selected this hotel because it has a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. Bereakfast choice is limited.

Amazing !!spar thanks to Cherry who was our housekeeper went beyond her normal duties to make sure we were comfortable. McQueen from reception and Andy were helpful. Definitely worth .The mall one is just a few minutes away there's golden olives and can enjoy a really good meal.

Great location with mall over the road which has a delicious Greek restaurant called Golden Olives. Breakfast was not very good, omelettes were OK but not much choice of rest. Small Play area across from restaurant which the children enjoyed Apartment was nice and spacious, beds were a little harder than we are used to

位置靠近地鐵2號線，旁邊還有寶龍一城商場，吃飯購物方便。酒店設施不顯舊，洗衣烘乾機很好用，服務態度也不錯。早餐普通，可能是我口味比較重。這次還借了被子，輪椅，雨傘，表示感謝。有一點，浴室花灑的固定座子鬆了，花灑放上去就往下掉，兩個浴室都這樣，還請看下是否是普遍問題。

房間很大很舒適，櫃臺客服很親切，房間乾淨寬敞，離捷運站超近，對面過馬路就到寶龍一成，交通便利，逛街方便，公交站也在旁邊而已，下次還會再來住👍

非常適合商務出行，房間非常大，生活設施齊全，有廚房，臥室，沙發特別舒服，離地鐵站非常近，出行也特別方便。

公寓位置很棒，交通方便，100米內就有地鐵，公交和寶龍一城商圈，房間很大設施設備齊全，家庭出遊特別方便，性價比高。Ebony小姐熱情為我們解答需求提供協助，前台接待小劉和阿年服務周到專業，非常愉快的一次入住體驗。

首先酒店的地理位置非常好，酒店也提供了非常好的服務，讓我在出行方面非常便捷。酒店周邊也有很多高端、具有特色的餐廳和商場，欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒。 致電到前台時工作人員都非常的有耐心，酒店的用餐環境很舒適，品類也比較多，這次旅途非常愉快，有機會還是會選擇這個！
