Hua Xing apartments （Xiamen North Station）

The place is very conveniently located right next to xiamen north train station. Walking distance. Tho the walking entrance to the station itself is vague at best. The room looks clean at first glance. Small but tidy. Unfortunately my biggest annoyance is the smoke lingering in the room. And even more annoying is that the room was stated as 'non-smoking' as offered by the 'hotel'. I called the recept and they told me they actually DO NOT have any rooms that are non-smoking... since we are only staying one night we decided to bear with it but as non-smokers it was quite bad. The hotel is btw not a hotel but a series of apartments for rent. The apartments are managed by a few different companies whose offices are on the ground floor. The room also was not really that clean as i realised later this long crack along the walls. The spalling cement seems to be from bad workmanship after installing the socket wiring. But the recept told me 'this is not the worse one... and that this is likely from water damage...' Perhaps there are better rooms but i wouldn't choose this again.

房間沐浴毛巾是一次性的 這一點很不錯 房間是拆成兩層的 上下兩層 所以層高不是很高 停車位有一點點難找 但好在老闆後面陪着我們去找了 酒店服務態度挺好的 有問題及時解決 開車來的一定要提前和前台報備車牌 不然就會出現自費停車費的情況

非常好，離北站走路5-10分鐘，樓下吃的也超級多，周圍環境也好，生活配套集全，因為是萬科的小區，真的太喜歡這了，下次來還要住這。

房間一般般吧，想喝水的時候，他自己裏面就有殘留的水，哎還好我看了眼，如果喝下去會出什麼事我不知道的嘞，衞生經不起細查，灰塵啊看着也是積灰很久了，沒人管，每次出差都會來廈門北站找房間住，這次就你家，真的太差了，那個鏡子怎麼用嗎？？？我花錢來給你們打掃衞生的嗎？WiFi也是連不上，真的要訂房間的慎重。

附近太吵了，偶爾會被吵醒，但是離地鐵站挺近的 設施：挺齊全的，門鎖很有安全感 衞生：挺乾淨 環境：附近有點吵 服務：前台小姐姐特別熱情

房間物品佈置一應俱全，每天衞生打掃，一次性物品補充，非常到位，樓下就是便利店，距離北站非常近，很好！
