I feel quite relieved to stay at Bai Xiang Hotel in Xiamen. Before I came, I saw that this hotel was relatively old, but it was good value for money, so I checked in. I didn't expect it to be full of surprises and I was very satisfied. First of all, the service at the front desk was very good. Xiao He, who helped us to check in, was very nice and considerate. He also helped us upgrade the room type. Secondly, the package included tickets to the Shikama Squirrel Park. I thought it was just a token of appreciation from the hotel, but it turned out to be a small, exquisite and playful park. Whether it was feeding small animals or fishing in the water, the children played so hard that they forgot to eat and sleep, and they stayed up for two hours. Finally, although the facilities in the room were a little old, the hygiene and the necessary specifications were all there. The price-performance ratio was really great.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in so far in Xiamen. The customer service is five stars. I was really impressed with Shane's service. He provided me with solutions when I asked for help during my check-in process. When I entered my room, I was surprised by the complimentary local fruits they provided to welcome us. The room is clean and nice. It's perfect for family or business trips. The location is close to the airport and some local attractions. The hotel provided us with transportation to the airport, which was easy for us.” All the staff there are well trained and friendly, which makes me feel welcomed. During the check-out process, there is a young girl at the reception counter (sorry, I don't know her name). She is providing good service for our airport car arrangement. I Definately coming back again. Thanks for the service

it was my second visit to this hotel. (first visit was 2017) the hotel is very close to Xiamen Gaoqi airport and have small private beach. Hotel staffs are friendly. Breakfast of restaurant in 2nd floor is nice, but 1st floor is not recommended but for my room, room full of smells of cigarette..... the shower water is too hot, not able to set warm. Toilet water flush is too weak.
