Hotel Atour di Xiamen

The hotel is located across the street from the beach and a nice walk along the beach to restaurants nearby (about 20 minutes). The hotel staff was very helpful and communicated via WeChat (as we don’t speak English). I’d stay here again.

An experience beyond expectation! Very pleasant! Because I had to take a boat to Gulangyu from Dongdu Passenger Terminal the next morning, I specially changed from the five-star sea view room by the sea to this Atour. The hotel facilities look new and tidy, but there is no peculiar smell of new decoration. Although the room is not big, it has everything it should have. Compared with the previous five-star hotel, which did not even put tea bags, this one has prepared tea bags and drip coffee in advance, and also prepared disposable coffee cups considerately. The bathrobes are all washed, disinfected and packaged, and the drinks in the refrigerator are free to drink, and the large TV can be projected. The service is particularly praised. When we arrived at the store, we were upgraded to a family room, and we took the initiative to provide relevant supplies when we saw that there were minors staying (all the hotels along the way, including five-star hotels, had to call repeatedly to provide an extra set of toiletries after adding a bed). On the first day of stay, because the child was sick, I ordered four takeouts in succession, and the security guards delivered them to my door as soon as possible when the robot was busy. The laundry room in the hotel also runs in an orderly manner and considerately, allowing me to wash the dirty clothes accumulated for several days, including jeans. The front desk staff gave me two days of breakfast just because they asked about my son's identity (because he really didn't look like my son). The breakfast was both Chinese and Western, which was far beyond my expectations. There is also a small library in the lobby on the first floor, and the quality of the books is quite good. If I have to find some faults, the sound insulation of the room cannot be compared with that of a five-star hotel. After 8 or 9 in the morning, the sound of the doors next door can still be heard. As a super neurasthenia patient, I wore earplugs to sleep this time and it did not affect my rest at night. Finally, my son said, who would stay in a five-star hotel after this! It is a cost-effective choice for ordinary family trips and ordinary business trips! 👍 To express my gratitude, I took a lot of photos of the hotel for reference.

The front desk is very polite. The room is very convenient in the downtown area. The free parking is a perfect score (it is really difficult to find a parking space nearby). The room details are perfect. The bathroom is very useful. Because there was something delayed, the front desk directly extended the check-out for 2 hours. It was very humane. Satisfied, the favorability towards Xiamen also increased. So although the room is not as big as other Atour hotels I have stayed in before, I still give it full marks.

Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience. Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful, both the cleaners and front desk staff . Free laundry service is a superb idea especially when there are cleaners to help with the washing and drying. That really saves us a lot of time while traveling. Hotel is a bit old. There is a stain on the ceiling. Personally I find the lighting too dim to my liking. Bed is firm and comfortable Thanks to the guy who kindly extended our check out time till 3pm. Just nice for catching our late afternoon flight home. And to different team members for giving us traveling information, retrieving parcels and offering a scotch tape for my packing. Thank you for making our trip a smooth and pleasant one.

Had a Great stayover before the flight back the next day, good location for both the nearby eatery and shops browsing. Airport is nearby, the counter staff helps to call a transport for us early in the Morning to send us to the Airport. Appreciate the Great Service provided by the counter staff, both the day and night shift... THANK YOU. will be staying there whenever we go via Xiamen Airport

The location is perfect if you are visiting Jimei University. It is just beside the gate. In front of the hotel is Wanda Mall. The hotel serves good breakfast. They change the menu of the main dishes everyday. There are about 4 vegetables and one meat that changes every day. They also serve good noodles. The hotel has a laundry room. You can wash your clothes for free. The food in the mini bar are all free. They provide drip coffee and leaf tea in the room. The staff are helpful. My aircon won't cool and they went to my room immediately at 3am to change the settings. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is good, it’s close to the Xiamen North Station. The room is new and modern. There are great light-blocking curtains, it was really dark at night. The check-in process was a little long, maybe because they didn’t see foreigners before. Overall the hotel is nice, we often choose this chain

The room is large and well decorated in a pleasant minimalist style. The hotel is conveniently located near Jiangjunci subway station and a bus stop, making it easy to explore Xiamen. The staff is responsive, communication is easy. The bed is really comfortable, one of the most comfortable I tried on my trip. You have all the essentials like shower soap, towels, hairdryers, and water bottles available. There is room for improvement in the soundproofing, which is regrettable for a newly constructed building.

First of all, the location is very convenient. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the hotel lobby after exiting the Xiamen Railway Station South Square. The hardware facilities of the hotel are very good, clean and comfortable, and the room is very quiet. In addition, the instructor praised the full sense of details. I came to Xiamen alone to run a marathon. When I checked in, the hotel waiter asked if I needed to check out late, and also prepared energy packs and blessings, which made me feel very surprised and warm.
