The pillows of Atour are really good 👍 I also bought Atour pillows at home. ❤️The service of the hotel is really considerate. When the porridge arrives late at night, noodles and glutinous rice balls will be cooked. This is the only Atour I have lived in for several years. The service staff at the front desk are very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xi'an. It is also very enjoyable to read a book on the first floor.

I chose a firmer one and ended up having such a sound sleep that I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next day. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the shower had fantastic water pressure, making the whole showering experience incredibly relaxing. Hot water was instant, and the in-room Wi-Fi was lightning-fast – perfect for streaming videos and gaming without any lag. The smart TV even offered screen mirroring, so watching movies from bed was pure bliss. The lighting was also bright, and everything felt brand new. Overall, my stay was exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful amenities completely exceeded my expectations.

The front desk even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – the experience was absolutely divine! Staying here on our trip was incredibly refreshing.

The staff was really considerate. Xiao Wu at the front desk called me in advance to ask if I had any room requirements. The security guard took the initiative to help me carry my luggage. The heating was very sufficient. I didn't even want to leave the hotel on such a cold day in Xi'an. There is also Yunju Six Arts in the lobby where you can experience it. The breakfast was also very good. There was nothing wrong with it. The room was clean and there was no peculiar smell. I went on a trip and saved a bunch of dirty clothes, so I decided on the laundry room. I was not disappointed. The front desk clerk helped me with it. The clothes were washed and delivered to the room, which saved us a lot of time. I give Jinjiang a thumbs up for the service.
