I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—just right outside Zhonglou Metro Station, making it super convenient to get around Xi’an. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. The service was great, with friendly and attentive staff. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. One of the highlights is the view of the Bell Tower, which you can see immediately after stepping out of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Xi’an!

Hotel is very beautiful and located in a quiet area of Xian but easy to get around in the old city. Metro station is very close so you don’t need to pay of taxi every time. Around the hotel there are a lot of small and very authentic restaurants so you don’t have necessarily to buy everything at the muslim (and hyper turistic) market. Prices are like the half of the I more turistic area but it’s genuine. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner didn’t work very well. It was noisy and didn’t refreshed enough. Overall a very good hotel for the prices. The hotel was very clean and there was also free laundry machine to be used on the ground floor! Life saver. I will come back here

The hotel boasts a superb location. With multiple metro exits right outside, it's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The Bell Tower and Kaiyuan Mall are just a stone's throw away, and you'll find familiar spots like KFC and DQ right downstairs. The rooms are newly furnished, and all the amenities were very satisfying. The service, in particular, was impeccable. The staff always greeted us warmly and thoughtfully replenished our room daily with several bottles of mineral water and drinks. It truly reflects the owner's commitment to guest experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Xi'an.

So far this has been my favorite hotel in China. The room is beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, everything was clean and new. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And they have a cute robot that delivers food to the rooms.q The location is excellent, just a station from the main square and next to the Xian wall Also the breakfast buffet included was so good! They have western and Chinese options.
