The first time to stay in Xi 'an this hotel, the overall feeling is very good, but also gave us a free upgrade room type, very good! The room lighting is also very good, there is a French window is very beautiful, the room is the same as the pictures on the Internet, the decoration style is simple and elegant, which is my favorite style, the room is clean and sanitary, especially comfortable after check-in, the reception service attitude is very good 👍 next time I will continue to choose this hotel! When traveling to Xi'an, it is a wise choice to choose Xi'an Yongning Gate Wanda Meihua Hotel! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the warm and thoughtful front desk service made me feel good. I checked in quickly and started a wonderful journey. The location of the hotel is excellent. Yongning Gate is not far away. Every brick and stone on the city wall seems to be telling an ancient story. Walking through it, the charm of the ancient capital is overwhelming. The bell tower and drum tower are within walking distance. The towering figure is particularly eye-catching in the bustling street scene. At night, the surrounding lights are bright and lively. Muslim Street is even closer, and all kinds of specialties are mouth-watering. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, and the bedding is soft, which can fully relax the tired body of a day. The hotel is fully equipped and has a rich variety of breakfast. In short, this accommodation experience is superb, whether it is the location, service or environment, it is impeccable. I’ve been there for 2 nights was amazing place at the first time in Xi’an. The hotel very close to metro ( Ningyongmen station exit A2 ) and the hotel is close to the Xi’an wall along to the the bell tower , Muslim night street , mall , shopping places are all you can go by walk. Also get easy bus Emperor Qinshihuang's for the next day. The room very reasonable price and clean , fresh staff was excellent their job. I would rate 10000/10 for this one and would be there again for sure. Hope you guys don’t hesitate to stay here. Have a great day in Xi’an.

Stayed here for our Xian trip. Hotel was modest but adequate. Staff did not speak english but we used the translator apps so that was not a major issue. Room was big and comfortable. Self-Service Laundry is available. Halal restaurants are available along the streets. Location is near to the Lumoushi Pedestrian shopping alley and about 15 mins walk to the Huimin Muslim Food Street. Very close to the metro station. A special mention to our housekeeper Ms Xiaoxiao at Level 8 for keeping good care of our room and the other staff for their warmth service.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk team and to Xiao Wang, who assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!

Hotel is located in a good location, close to many of the sights, even walking distance to some of them. If you choose breakfast, it is in the restaurant next door. Room was great, but smelled of cigarette smoke in the beginning. After talking to the staff, it was cleaned and the sheets changed.

Our stay was pleasant until the checkout experience, which left us deeply disappointed. When we approached the reception desk to check out, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com. When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review. This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

I stayed here a total of 4 nights: I booked forst 3 days, but then for a delay I added one more night. Overall, it was a nice place: the room was clean, the location was convenient (I could go to the center of the town in 10 minutes) and the amenities were good. However, I found that the towel was a little bit small and the absence of an elevators made difficult to move with the luggage. It was also a little bit hard to find the entrance, but the kindness of the staff helped me a lot. In general, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying a few days in Xi'An and you need to quickly see the walls, the bell drum and the Muslim quarters because of its price and position. Overall, I had a good experience and I slept well, so I think it deserve the maximum.
