Hotel dekat Xi'an North Railway Station, Xi'an

The room is very good and the service attitude is also very good. It is not far from the North Station and there are restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. You can consider it next time.

It's a very nice hotel. The room is very spacious, comparable to the average four-star hotel. The front desk service is very attentive. There is heating and hot water. The mattress is very comfortable. There are many small restaurants, snacks and subways downstairs. The station entrance, such an environment and location are really good, highly recommended.

Amazing hotel! The rooms have a very high standard, the beds are super comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Great value for mini, I can highly recommend staying there.

Stayed for four nights in June 2024. The location is great, subway station is right across the road, it takes 40 minutes to get to the airport without any line changes, and about 40-60 minutes to get to the city center. Northern railway station is just one stop from there. The neighbourhood is quiet, tranquil and is full of small supermarkets and local restaurants. The room was clean and cosy. Everyday we got free water and tea supply, which was crucial during +35C heatwave in Xi’an. AC and other technology in the room also was working without any problems. The breakfast mostly consists of Chinese food (chaofan, dumplings, baozi, noodles etc), but there were also cereal, fried eggs and other usual western breakfast things. Everything was of great quality and taste. Free of charge small dinner buffet was a pleasant surprise for us. The staff didn’t really speak English (but they use automatic translators really well, which helped a lot). They were extremely eager to help and overall very nice. We’ve had several weird questions, but they were always there to help us. They’ve even presented us a farewell gift of snacks. We’ve used the laundry service, which was also free of charge. It is very convenient and fast. We will certainly stay here again, if we return to Xi’an.

When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

There are many specialty restaurants around the hotel. The room is very clean. The stay is very comfortable. The service is thoughtful. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The location is definitely a plus for choosing here this time! ”

It is very close to the subway station, just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is newly renovated and intelligent. The service attitude of the lucky cat is great. The hotel is not far from the high-speed rail station, with convenient transportation and taxis. There are many places to shop and eat downstairs. The hotel is a new hotel, the rooms are clean, and the hotel staff are of high quality. They greet people warmly when they come in and out. Zhang Qianru, the front desk, helped us with the check-in and check-out procedures. She has a good service attitude, treats guests warmly, and also introduces us to tourist routes and scenic spots. A great price. Staff were brilliant. On arrival, one staff member got me a taxi to the Shuiliu Temple; another on departure provided a hotel shuttle to the railway station. All other staff members met were pleasant This is especially valuable to someone touring alone and unable to speak the country's language. The room was clean, and the breakfast area was pleasant. Certainly value for money.

This is the best hotel I have ever chosen and the price/performance ratio is also superb. And the service is so considerate. The airport pick-up and the North Station pick-up are all super good service teams. The breakfast is also delicious. The porridge and buns are very authentic. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and stylish, clean and hygienic. The rooms are large and spacious. Every staff member working in the hotel is super enthusiastic and thoughtful. The driver is also cheerful and lively. We chatted all the way. It was a very happy trip. Give a five-star rating. I will continue to choose it next time. I love it so much💕.
