Really good hotel, most importantly having 24/7 customer service, they are providing every room a personal assistant. This helped foreigners alot as they help to solve lots of problem like when we are required for a local phone numbers for online shopping or delivery. They attended all our query quickly and the breakfast is really good. The breakfast is where we got enough fruits and vegetables for the days, and the best is its mostly non-spicy. It is a bit far from the main street but quiet enough in a busy city. The only thing is the lift is a bit slow, maybe we travelled during the peak period. Its located in a local food street.

Lucky to have booked this hotel for my short stay in Xian and the start of my journey around northern China. Besides it's perfect location, near Xian old city walls etc, Staff is so helpful, particularly Ms Zhong who helped me get to the right place to apply for my China Sim card and gave me all the necessary info to get around Xian. I extended my stay for 2 nights. Room is super clean, free laundry machines, and pretty hitech!
