The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and the service was satisfactory.
The reason why the service is not five stars is that when I checked out in the morning, a lady at the counter completely ignored me. After I said I wanted to check out several times, it was still the guy who talked to me. It was a bad ending for this stay.
The reason why the facilities are not five stars is that the hot water in the washbasin is very small, almost non-existent. The hot water in the bathroom is sufficient.

I have stayed in this hotel several times, the service is very thoughtful, the room has a washing machine, the front desk heard that I am a little busy, so I took the initiative to help me wash and dry the clothes, it is very intimate; the location is close to Metro Line 6, there is a one-stop shopping mall nearby, Sunshine City Mall; The rooms are clean and well equipped. Most hotels have clothes support. This store also has drying racks. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the whole wall of the room feel very warm without heating this season. When I came to live last time, I saw that there were foreign languages at the door of the hotel. I thought the price could not be low. After placing the order, I learned that it was really affordable and cost-effective, so I chose this hotel several times later.

The room was very clean and the internal facilities were very complete. In addition to the regular toothbrush comb, there were disposable towels and disposable toilet circles. Stayed for a few nights and it was very comfortable! I left a set of clothes myself. The staff member, Ms. Li, helped me express it back. She was very patient and attentive! I will stay here in Xi'an later.

Room hygiene aunt clean very clean, next to a famous scenic spot in Xi 'an city wall at night and lanterns, close to other scenic spots, is really a very good geographical location.
Here I would like to thank Ms. Tian, who is also Ms. Maruko, for being able to communicate with me in fluent English when checking in. Although she said that her English was not good, hahaha, she was very good at communicating with us in English, and would also recommend Xi 'an food and scenic spots to us. She will also send me the ppt of Xi 'an tourism made by herself. She will also ask us whether we use sweet soup every day, and will also send us fruit, which is very sweet. The breakfast here is also very rich, both Chinese and Western, but also the local characteristics of Xi 'an, such as Roujiamo and noodles are very good.
Transportation is also very convenient to the subway station is also very close, parking is convenient at the door, mainly nearby places to eat, supermarkets, shopping malls, fruit shops have very convenient and sell specialty stores, are very close. It's very convenient.
Every staff here is very warm-hearted. Every time we go out, we will ask whether we need to bring hot mineral water or whether we need to clean the room, etc. Every service staff will greet us when we meet, which makes me feel warm. Very satisfied with a stay experience, the hotel security staff will take our luggage, and the front desk staff is very warm, strongly recommend you to travel to Xi 'an, choose this hotel, really good!
Xi 'an has a lot of food, we will continue to taste next time, and the free shuttle service is really humanized. The service is impeccable, giving me a warm feeling like home, and I believe you will love it here too.

EExpatThis is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

LlensudOur stay was pleasant until the checkout experience, which left us deeply disappointed. When we approached the reception desk to check out, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. He spoke in Chinese, which we couldn’t understand, and repeatedly mentioned the app Trip.com.
When I showed him my Trip.com booking, he took my phone without permission and went straight to the hotel review section, clicking “all excellent” ratings on my behalf. We were shocked by this behavior and immediately told him that as a receptionist, it is inappropriate and unethical to fill out a guest’s review.
This incident ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay, and we hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their staff’s professionalism.

GGuest UserWe checked in at 2am. There were one person at the reception and another bellhop at his 60s. Other than then 60s bellhop was friendly greeting us, the receptionist has no chill or whatsoever to welcome us. We have 6 luggages and our rooms can’t be accessed by just a lift directly. This hotel failed to mention that all these rooms can only be accessed by different flight of stairs and elevator. This particular large room can only be accessed by 3 different flights of stairs at different location. There is this particular stairs we have to climb down to our room, has no lights, we have to use our own phone torch. At first we were told it’s their procedure to switch off the stairs light after 12am. After complaints, they decided to switch it on for the rest of our stays. Throughout we carried our luggages our self to the room as the bellhop is old, we were afraid we gave him too much stress. Room wise, the tv, living room, wardrobe arrangement has no common sense at all. 2 tvs each facing the bed. The living room has no tv, so if you wanna chill and watch tv with your family, go to your bed and watch. There is only one wardrobe at the living room blocked by the sofa. You have to squeeze in to hang your jacket. There is no coffee cups or spoon. I stir my coffee with their tooth brush provided in a Champaign glass. You might ask why a Champaign glass, because the room service just doesn’t wash your normal glasses after you use it. Worth mentioning, the coffee I drank in the morning, the glass is still there unwashed at night. The can of coke I left it there on the first day, was still there on the last day. Probably they think leaving it there for long will taste better. The room service is really bare min. I understand this is a garden balcony kind of hotel, like a chalet, but they should really buck up on their bellhop services and room cleaning services. It’s really tiring to walk and carry our luggages to our own room. Not to mention checking out is the same. The safety of the guest are not really taken care of given that they expect you to use your own torch to navigate down the stairs on the first day. Also, the everyday room service does not clean the bedsheets even if there are clothes tags or clothes linen on the bed. They simply pull the sheets, tuck in, as long as it looks nice, they doesn’t care about what’s on it and underneath the blanket. Just wanna say, The price we paid for this hotel is same as those nearby.

The room is fully equipped with all the things that we need. Location wise, it is very convenient with an underground train station just next to it. Scenic spots are also just down the road! Will definitely recommend Sheraton to others.

Hotel is housed in a traditional and culturally significant building with history. 是一座多么华丽壮观的建筑。Hotel Staff is well versed in every aspect. Special Compliments to Mario & Hubery. They are so kind to attend to our needs and recommend good Muslim restaurants to us. They even help us book tickets to Terracotta Army Museum and Tang Paradise. Special thanks to Hubery who is well versed in English , took good care of us , offer suggestions and explanation for some Xi’An tourist attractions . Well definitely come back again.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are good, breakfast is provided, and most of all, the room is not too small, it's clean, the bathroom is nice, and it was comfortable without any inconvenience. It was so, so, so good that I want to stay there again next time!
