I particularly appreciated thoughtful touches like the weighing scale, which is neatly placed at the bottom of the cabinet, and the uniquely designed bed frame. The toilet features a Japanese-style seat that stays warm, offering extra comfort. The room layout is designed for convenience, allowing easy circular movement, which adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the TV offers international sports channels, including Premier League matches, a rare feature in many hotels. We had a wonderful stay! Very warm welcome and free afternoon desserts! Walking distance to Furong Yuan and Everbright City! 3mins to Subway station! One of the best hotels we have stayed in China. Highly recommended. PS: we were assigned a hotel host, Miss Guanfang Ren. She is very sweet and sent free fruits/desserts/tea and requested items to our room during our stay. The service at this hotel was great. The staff working there is verg helpful at any moment of the day. There’s also a cafe that’s part of the hotel with great coffee and pastries. We enjoyed our stay even more because of the hotel. The location is also very convenient. It’s near the metro and busstation so getting to the further destinations is very easy. The hotel is also very suitable if you have some work to do as the cafe part is very quiet and accessible for everyone. would definitely book it again when i visit xi’an in the future :)

During the holidays, I came to Xi'an with my family and chose this hotel. The housekeeper Jenny was very good and called in advance to reserve a good room for me. The hotel also prepared a small surprise during the holidays. I left in a hurry and would choose it again next time if I had the chance. I am very satisfied with the service, which is careful, considerate and thoughtful, but the hardware of the room itself needs to be improved. For example, the lighting is too dim. I am shortsighted and I can't see clearly when I take off my glasses to take a shower. There is nothing else.

The hotel I had originally booked was closed for maintenance two weeks before the trip, so I was in a hurry to find a hotel, and this newly opened hotel suddenly appeared one week before the trip, so I was able to make a reservation. It was beautiful and clean, just like the photos on the reservation page, and it was located right in front of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show and just a short walk from the city that never sleeps, so the location is great! The soundproofing is also perfect! It was about 18,500 yen for five nights, probably to celebrate the opening ^_^ It was a wonderful memory. Thank you ^_^

The location is perfect, right from Exit C of Dayanta Metro so I can save a lot of money moving around the city. Initially I feel the room shape is a bit weird, but it's ok. The staffs were very helpful. Special mention to the guy who helped me with the morning calls as i was heading early to terracota army and huashan. One more thing, the water kettle is perfect, as I can set the heat degree when boiling water. It was very helpful too. Thank you for the pleasant memory🙏

The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The location is walking distance from metro and Dayanta. The breakfast is pretty good. However, the canteen for the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. This is ok if you're single, because people sit at counters or share, but families often had to stand around waiting for someone to finish eating. This should be looked at.

This is the first time I stayed in this Al Smart Hotel when I came to Xi'an. I saw that the online ratings were good, so I tried it. It was really good: Service: When I arrived at the door of the hotel, the waiter saw me carrying a box and took the initiative to help me move it. As soon as I entered the lobby, he immediately poured water and asked the guests to sit down to check in. Compared with the traditional standing at the front desk waiting to check in, this hotel truly achieved five-star service. After moving in, if you need anything, call the front desk to solve it as soon as possible. The robot that delivers things is also very polite haha. Hygiene: There is nothing to pick in terms of hygiene. It is clean and hygienic, and the details are in place. Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the overall environment is very warm and comfortable, and there are free skin care products in the room, and makeup remover is really friendly and convenient for girls. By the way, the hotel's location is also very advantageous. It is very close to the subway station and the SEG business district. You can go out for a walk and see the night view at night. Just walk directly. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also very delicious. You can eat local specialties in Xi'an in the hotel. This is the first time I have reviewed a hotel so seriously.
