Excellent hotel! We loved the room. New and modern. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed, which has a wall-to-wall window. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well laid out, and featured a Dyson hairdryer. The hotel’s location is perfect. It’s practically next to the Bell Tower, almost right across from a metro station, and just a 5-minute walk from the Muslim Quarter and a mall. The breakfast is Chinese-style, but we really liked it. As for the staff, I have nothing but praise. They were extremely attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful — special mention to the staff member Xiao Wang, who was a true example of excellent service and went above and beyond to make us happy.

overall it's a veeery beautiful place and the hotel design is also wonderful, everything has been thought out (additional options included in the price for guests are very nice) but the room cleaning service shouldn't look like this. I was only there for two nights so it wasn't a big problem, but after returning after a whole day of sightseeing I would like at least the bed to be made properly (and not left in the same condition as I did) the same with the rubbish... There was a dirty stain on the entrance to the room/bathroom from the very beginning and we left it hoping that the next day the service would do its job, but it seems to me that the floor is not cleaned at all (which seems strange when it is required to take off shoes... all socks are black). Breakfast for vegetarians is very poor and even an egg is placed between meat... :( + in other hotels the employees helped us with picking up the ordered food without any problems (it's hard to eat something without meat in China), but here it seems to me that it caused a problem (strange because it seems that the Chinese themselves order something all the time) and there was no menu from the ”restaurant” of this hotel as it is written in trip.com or it was not offered to me so in short I recommend it but the cleanliness should be improved and there should be some place to leave orders

Having previously stayed at Simple Palace, we had no qualms about booking this lovely wee courtyard hotel again. The last time we stayed, we noticed that, for one night, there was the bass of dance music until about 1am. Not a major problem. However, very unfortunately, this time the bass music played all night until 6.30 in the morning, every single night. Little sleep was had, despite having earplugs. It's such a shame, as Linda and her staff are so lovely, the hotel is full of character and the location perfect. We feel bad giving this feedback, as it's totally outwith the control of the hotel, but it sadly would stop us staying again.

A good place to stay in budget, just a few mosquitos maybe because of the season, apart from that everything is good, location is closed to tourist attractions, only down side for me is no mini fridge in the room during these 37-38 degrees days, but then again it’s a budget place so can’t complain, would highly recommend it if you want to come to Xi’an for a short stay with small cost

We had a pleasant stay and were able to sleep soundly throughout the night. The room was spacious and the location was excellent, situated near the Bell Tower. In the evening, around 10 p.m., numerous food stalls appeared right in front of the hotel, which was a delightful bonus for us as we enjoy street food. Check-in and check-out were efficient and seamless. The hotel staff stationed by the elevator were particularly courteous, always greeting us warmly and providing directions whenever needed.

We are from Europe, family with two teenagers. We stayed at Center hotel for two nights and had great time in Xi'an. Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable enough. Our view was on the busiest street, luckily the windows are soundproof. The staff at the reception desk are very helpful and kind. Recommend.

Location of hotel was good and less than 20 minute walk to the Bell and Drum Towers & Muslim quarters food area.  Several restaurants and shops near nearby. Bed was very comfortable and very soft towels supplied.  Liked the Smart features the Bathroom offered.  Huge TV , only in local language.   Downside the room had an artificial window, room was adjacent to another room therefore no privacy.  Nice laundry room with dryers.  WeChat was used to communicate to front desk.

This cosy little homestay is located in a quiet street in the city center just a few steps away from the ancient City wall. We stayed in an ample 2 double-bed Family room. Clear highlight was the very friendly Lady at the Front-desk, who was moist helpful in orienting us in the city! Highly reccommendable!!!

A Fantastic Stay We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — relatively central, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our family room was fantastic: two spacious bedrooms, two toilets, and a section with a fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room felt bright and inviting. One of the standout features was the free laundry facilities, complete with generous supplies of detergent — a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a small gift, which was a lovely gesture. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with limited English, they went out of their way to assist us and ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I am going straight to Xi'an from the Beilin. The location here is next to the Beilin. Open the window to see the roof of the Beilin New Hall. Going out and turning left is the city wall of the Academy Street. Turn right is an old alley. I have everything to eat in two steps. I want to go to the above attractions. It is not suitable to live here. The old banyan tree at the door is really very sensational. It is really not noisy at night. The boss said that he spent a lot of money to change the doors and windows. This is the boss’s own house and made a homestay. I live on the third floor. The whole decoration is very comfortable. The small courtyard on the first floor and the platform on the third floor have planted flowers and plants, tables and chairs, and the third floor platform is especially beautiful at night. It is when I come back at night to see the atmosphere so good that I suddenly want to drink. I can randomly unlock the package with the boss at night. The boss is very handsome and well-known. He is a very good person. He chats like an old friend. Kind and comfortable, E people are ecstatic, i people don't have to worry. In the morning, you can ask the boss to buy meat sandwiches. The boss is so good that I doubt whether I paid a few hundred yuan less for my room. The room was very clean, everything was complete, and the air conditioning was great. I couldn't sleep on a bed that was too soft. The bed was very comfortable and I slept until dawn. The sheets and quilts are particularly skin-friendly fabrics. The boss said that the four-piece suits are washed by themselves without outsourcing. Friends who come to travel can directly ask the boss to recommend nearby food and attractions, especially friends who come to Beilin to live here, and feel that they have to walk and go out for two steps to return to the homestay. In short, Treasure B&B and Treasure Boss!
