Xi'an Lianhu District Hotels

First of all, the hotel is located near the metro and it is easy to find it. Secondly, the process of checking into the hotel was smooth. The receptionists are polite at all times. There is a free flow of hot drinks at the lobby. Near the lobby there is an ironing section, laundry section and gym room. But only two washing machines are provided for hundreds of rooms. But Wang Aunty is good enough to help guests take out the washed clothing out from the washing machines and put them in the dryer. Cao Supervisor helped us to iron out clothes as the old iron was not in function. Our rooms are far away from the lifts but the rooms are in a quiet place. Beds and pillows are good to sleep in. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and the breakfast was provided almost the same everyday but they changed it a little bit. The cleaner aunty in the restaurant is polite. The location is good not really far from the Muslim Quarter. The bus stop is just in front of this hotel. We took didi easily. AI XiaoLe in the room was not helpful. Overall, I still suggest that this hotel is more friendly to guests and we felt warm like at home.

The hotlel is not 'halal' but the service provided by the hotel is very islamic. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The toilet is seperated from the bathroom..so, u can do ur 'business' when somebody else is having a shower. The aircond is also adjustable which makes the temperature in the room very cosy. Bonus - the location of the hotel is very near to the Muslim Food Street and the Great Xian Mosque...so u don't need to get a taxi/e-hailing to go there. It's just 5 minute walk, and u are already there.

The hotel staffs service was great especially those at the front desk, can’t recall all their names .. San San and Ding Juen was marvellous, we spend 7 nights here and no regrets. They are helpful and caring too, they will assigned a 管家 for u the moment u checked in, which is 24 hours on call via WeChat on any assistance that we need .. from support on your tours suggestions and almost literally anything that relates to our trip, which we find it’s really helpful. The location is slightly away from the bustling town centre but it’s fine to us as the metro station is not far from the hotel and furthermore it’s ok to us as we mainly will just grab a cab to travel since the taxi fares is quite cheap. My wife was having a bad food poisoning ( it’s due to outside foods, not hotel food ) it’s happened mid night and needed ambulance, they assisted all the way and we was touched by the cares given, and surprised to receive a bouquet when we back to hotel. All in all, it was a great stay.

Fantastic location right next to the Xi’an Bell Tower – couldn’t be more convenient! The hotel is surrounded by tons of delicious local food spots and famous attractions, all within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, everything was just right. Highly recommend this place if you want to explore Xi’an with ease!

My wife and I stayed in this Manxin Hotel Bell Tower for 6 nights. When we first checkin, we found that the room allocated to us was very warm. We then opened the window trying to let some cold air in but found to be noisy outside where there were some renovation works in progress. We then complained to the reception and one of the staff attended to us immediately and got our room changed. We must said all the staffs at the reception in this hotel are very attentive, friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast menus were reasonably good but mainly chinese menus. Location is good, about 15 minutes walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. Closest subway station is Beidajie less then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room is clean and nicely furnished. Toilet and bath are separated which is good. This hotel provides free self laundries services, the washer and dryer are efficient. This hotel is new, opened in 2024. Hope they keep it up to maintain the property well and if so, we highly recommended this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Front desk service: professional and enthusiastic, the two young ladies are very professional. 👍. Room facilities: comfortable bed, ok hygiene, medium size room, smart toilet lid is good. But the central air conditioning is a bit noisy. Breakfast: bad review!! I bought a breakfast package for convenience. But the breakfast service is not as good as some hotels that give away free breakfast. I can understand that the variety is limited, but why don't you replenish the food in time for just a few types? I arrived at the restaurant at 8:30, much earlier than the meal collection time of 9:30. But there are already several dishes at the bottom, especially fruits, which are gone. I think there are only five or six guests in the restaurant, so there is no reason not to supply them. Secondly, you can't pack up even if you pay for a meal coupon! My companion was resting and couldn't come to the restaurant. After I finished eating, I said I would use another meal coupon to pack up one. The staff came out of the kitchen and told me that I couldn't pack up and could only eat it myself. I have stayed in hotels of all levels from Hilton to Express Hotel, and I have never encountered a time when I was not allowed to pack up breakfast. They even took the initiative to provide you with lunch boxes, food plastic bags, etc. to help you pack. The breakfast was not good from the food to the service. I didn't eat it the next day. I saw many reviews mentioned that the breakfast needs to be improved, but I don't think the hotel cares too much.

The hotel has complete facilities and convenient transportation. It is next to Sajinqiao Food Street and Metro Line 1, so it is very convenient to eat. Xiao Guo at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the stay is also very good. The room comes with two bottles of water and tea bags. There is also a laundry room on the first floor and sour plum soup, scented tea, and ice cubes, which is very considerate. Facilities: Very new, just opened Hygiene: Cleaned promptly and very clean Environment: There are many delicious restaurants around, and the transportation is convenient Service: Very friendly

The hotel was great. It's location was very close to the city wall. The staff were really nice and kind. The room was clean. One thing for the hotel to improve: isn't better to completely separate the toilet from the corridor? I mean, of course it has a door, but it is open in the top of the door, and the door of toilet is not completely confined (So you can hear anything and smell anything😅.) Other than that, this hotel is great and if I come back to Xian, I will book it again. I also recommend this hotel for sure.

The hotel is very strategically located near Anyuanmen and many restaurants/convenience stores. While it’s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of it, so you can also get to the Bell Tower quickly from there. The facilities are unbelievably complete for what I paid. The room space is big, almost everything can be controlled digitally in the room, from opening the curtains to setting up music via bluetooth. There is also a small washing machine in the bathroom for underwear only, and a laundry room for everything else. The hotel also has a simple gym near the entrance should you need it. Furthermore, although I didn’t try it, the hotel also provides free renting of Hanfu (there never seems to be anybody manning the station, but I suppose if you make an appointment they can provide it for you) I also found the staff very friendly and helpful, one lady even gladly helped me with all my laundry overnight from washing to drying despite communication difficulties. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back should I have the chance to visit Xi’an again in the future!

I'm such a good choice. The hotel is great. I got my vacation mode just as I wished. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the clock tower. The most important thing is that when I go out at night, there is a long street of food stalls on the roadside downstairs. It's so happy. The hotel is on the top floor, quiet in the bustling city. There is a super beautiful courtyard and infinity pool in the city center. Next to the pool is the hotel's small bar, which overlooks most of the city🌆. Figure 9 is a night view of the city taken at the clock tower on the top floor of the hotel😍😍. The overall design of the hotel is very tasteful. I knew this hotel as soon as I smelled the fragrance when I entered the door. It must be good. Every location in the hotel is so photogenic that you can't stop taking pictures... We stayed for two nights and the guy at the front desk upgraded us to a courtyard room for free. The breakfast is very rich and can be delivered to the room. The most important thing is that the breakfast is until 12 noon. They really consider people like us who sleep in. I love it. Also, because we were in a hurry to check out, the girl at the front desk chased us downstairs and gave us the hotel's souvenir, which was a customized name stamp. I was touched🥹. Anyway, I will definitely stay here next time I come to Xi'an. Thumbs up👍👍👍
