I was passing through Xi'an and stayed for only one day. The hotel has a great sense of design. Although Xi'an is not cold these two days, there is still heating in the room. There is only a button to turn off all the lights, not to turn them on. Every time you go out and enter the room to insert the card, you need to run to each switch position to turn on seven or eight lights. The room card is so small that you can't find it when you take it out. The overhead shower doesn't work, only a few holes will flow water, so you can only use the shower. A thin female waiter at the front desk has problems with her understanding, communication skills and attitude. Three or four friends said that she couldn't understand the demands and needed to be trained well. The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic and cleaned very cleanly.
