昨天入住時遇到了兩個嚴重影響休息的問題，體驗非常糟糕：
1. 晚上洗澡沒有熱水：我選擇住酒店就是為了能舒舒服服地休息，洗個熱水澡是基本期待。然而，昨晚洗澡時沒有熱水，這讓我沒辦法好好放鬆，也直接影響了當晚的休息質量。
2. 房間位置噪音擾民：酒店給安排的房間正對布草間，一晚上沒休息好之後白天從八點開始，都能聽到工作人員走動、説話和拖車的聲音，完全沒辦法入睡。
酒店處理方式更讓人失望：
晚上打電話給前台，響了很久都沒人接。第二天終於聯繫上所謂“酒店經理”時，對方的態度卻讓人質疑她是否真是經理。她完全沒有把客人的問題當作自己的責任，語氣還稍微有點不耐煩。
對於熱水問題，她説晚上沒有熱水是物業那邊的問題，還暗示他們也很無奈。但這跟我入住有什麼關係？還説這邊記錄了，西安也是個旅遊城市挺好玩的，下一次再來西安玩或者朋友要來玩可以聯繫這邊定線下便宜的價格。西安好不好玩跟你酒店有什麼關係？能用這種態度解決問題，説這些話才是給西安抹黑吧。我衹想説，一個正常運營的酒店不應該連熱水都保障不了吧？哪怕是漢庭、如家neo這種最普通的經濟型酒店，也不會出現這種問題，更不會用這種態度迴應客人。
經理提出兩個處理方式：一是給我延遲兩個小時退房，二是讓我在攜程上取消訂單（原價319元），然後線下重新付款238元，還説這是他們的“誠意體現”。這叫誠意？我不僅覺得這補償完全沒解決我的困擾，還覺得讓我自己取消訂單像是為了不讓他們在平台上收到差評。
最後不得不聯繫攜程客服才把問題解決。如果酒店能認真處理，我根本不用走這一步。
這家酒店連基本的熱水服務和安靜的休息環境都提供不了，面對客人投訴時態度敷衍、方案不當。這次入住讓我非常失望，我絕不會再次選擇這裏，也不推薦給其他人。
最後退房走的時候樓下兩個前台女孩子態度挺好的，比他們經理好。
