房間與網上圖片別無二致！裝修風格令人傾心，各類設施佈置的極為精細，衞生狀況更是沒的説，乾淨，讓人入住無比安心。酒店地處繁華階段，交通極為便利。還有免費漢服 和服 體驗，穿着漢服去大唐不夜城 鐘樓都非常方便！前台小姐姐也非常熱情，總體來説真的是相當好。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！

真的很不衞生，房間也不打掃，都是粉塵，被子潮濕，孩子躺了一下，身上都是紅疙瘩。房間裏還有發黴的味道，可以看看空調出風口。跟店家協商，還不給換房間，更不給退房。最差的一次體驗。最後感謝攜程平台，代替店家給做了退款，謝謝攜程。

首先説房間 複式設計，因為房間之間緊挨着所以很不隔音，房間門不管你從裏面鎖還是外出鎖 都需要單獨鑰匙來回開關，非常不方便，而且門外的鎖非常難扣，弄了10分鐘才鎖上。
第二：住宿期間阿姨打掃房間 什麼浴帽這些不會主動給你補
第三：如果你退房 不小心落了什麼東西在房間，酒店是不會主動聯繫你的！！我7.25號早上11:20多退房的，下午17:20多我發現我現在鑰匙落在酒店，我先聯繫的前台，但前台推卸責任 説是保潔阿姨剛剛打掃完 剛剛把鑰匙拿到前台，下一秒我就發現落下鑰匙了，就是不願意主動聯繫顧客。
第四：我聯繫到酒店前台寄快遞，我來付運費。前台一會説快遞沒人來收，一會兒説給快遞員了 讓我自己加快遞員微信，一會説 沒有運單號 酒店沒有義務給顧客郵寄遺忘的物品，反正就是拖 就是愛答不理的 高傲得很！！！
第一次來西安出差 體驗感非常差！！！

米卡庭院酒店旁邊有一個大商城是賽格，裏面有好多吃的，反正很好逛酒店就在賽格對面很方便 酒店前台有自助咖啡，有小麻花，有紅棗茶，它五樓有洗衣機，洗衣房烘乾機有帶的洗衣液不用自帶很方便，這塊還有漢服體驗體驗感十足，還可以去店裡體驗這塊有各式各樣擺的好看的玩偶很好看，還給我免費升級了，讓我住的我特別滿意很推薦，大家也來住一下，這裏真的很不錯，性價比很高很高
