💫衞生情況：我們一入住，就看見房間裏有一個外賣袋未打掃走；然後是廁所衞生：漱口杯的墊子發黴、牙刷拆開有黑垢（雖然是廠家問題，也希望酒店能合作靠譜的廠家）；洗漱台有污垢 💫環境：一般 💫服務：服務態度不大行，跟前台反饋問題時一味推卸責任（衞生推查房阿姨、牙刷推廠家），並沒有及時安撫顧客的情緒，反而有些埋怨（説一開始一到這種情況就應該直接申請換房，前提是你們也有房可換才行呀）；第一次看到打掃的阿姨穿個拖鞋上班整理，合理懷疑酒店是否有進行職工培訓 💫設施：設施陳舊，吹風機線外殼斷裂，卻沒有更換

The location is on the edge of the wall, a bit of a walk from the metro station. The old lady in the lobby, didn't say anything in the check-in. It was the strangest check-in we ever had. The first room we got had some dirty clothes left in the bathroom, so we called the staff and they changed the room for us. we stayed in many hotels in China, and usually the cleaning staff came everyday to change the towels and refill the toilet paper, etc. this hotel they never came, we had to ask. One day we hung out the cleaning tag outside because we needed more toilet paper, but they didn't come, I WeChat the lobby staff and they replied that the cleaning staff already finished her shift. It made us really frustrated. This hotel has a lack of professionalism. If it were closer to public transit and food options it MIGHT be worth it but, to be honest, I don't recommend it.

They didn't clean my room or even bring toilet paper for 2 days. I asked them on the second day and they said they will do it, waited a whole day and nothing yet. I had to go yell at them to get some towels and toilet paper

The room itself is very nice and cozy. The bathroom had a sitting toilet.

Nice rooms, fair price, good location and average service.
