Lestie Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower South Gate Branch)

The location of the hotel is good, near at the Metro entrance. When we arrived, they have welcomed us warmly and Rourou accompanied us to our room and explained everything very well. The room is very big, clean and has a good entrainment. At night you can enjoy a bowl of noodles. It’s very delicious and Xiao Zhao serves very well.

Reception is very welcoming, served us red dates ginger tea, yummy. They are helpful and explained everything well. Even brought us up to our room with fruits.breakfast was good especially noodles prepared fresh by chef. We stayed for a night and when we checked out the next day, we can store our luggages until the time we depart to airport around 7pm. They offered teatime for us too even after we have checked out. They are indeed generous. The lady who is in charge of tours and transport was helpful with places to go and some issues that we faced. Overall, we felt satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to book in Hotel Lestie.

The hotel is new and in a convenient location, in an alley not very far from the drum tower. Surrounding the hotel, plenty of local shops and restaurants. A very good restaurant named ”Zui Changan” is adjacent to the hotel. Hotel counter service staffs are very friendly and helpful. The checkin and out were smooth. The room we stayed was good and comfortable. Comfy bed as expected. The only unsatisfactory was from the room cleaning service. The lady came in, one day while we getting into the room, to fill up/change amenities but not all. Particularly, glasses were not changed and not even put in a proper place, even in our direct monitoring! In 7 days we stayed, the room floor was not well cleaned, glasses never got changed not even put in the place it should be. One notice was probably our mistake not to look at “the do not disturb light” was on (we found out in the last day), but it should have not been the excuse, since the lady came in change some amenities and putting bed cover sheet in place daily. But not got things done things we said earlier. If the hotel can address this issue, we definitely very happy to recommend it.

The place is clean. Service staff is very helpful. The manager, Zhao even serve my daughter and I noodle before we left the hotel for home. It's so warming in the cold winter.

It’s a nice hotel where a lot of street food opposite the road. All are walking distance. Just the lobby a bit of smell. Attractions are walking distance.

Fantastic experience staying in this hotel. Clean. Huge space. Free water bottle. Come with tea break and supper but never had the chance to try. They also provide laundry room with dryer. Detergent provided. Staff friendly (Rou Rou). Location near to many attractions yet is not in the middle. Walkable. One metro station around 10 min walk. Many eateries shop around the hotel.
