Location of the hotel is very good. Close to local street food and public transport. Hotel staffs are also very helpful.

Location was great. Entrance not easy to spot but after found the hotel gives you rest from the busy street life with all the available street food. Also accessibility is good as it is neer metro line 2.

The location could not be better - right in the heart of the city, walking distance to many attractions, especially those you want to visit at night, and nearby a key metro station. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a well designed set up -- for this we had no complaints. Staff ignored my messages to the service WeChat though, then asked for a good review 🤣 Also noise from the street and other rooms was noticeable, but not too much of a problem. Bathroom on the first floor was very dirty, but the rest of the facilities were fine. We didn't have the breakfast. For us, the location was just so convenient, so for more budget conscious travellers like us, this hotel definitely served it's purpose. Recommend.

Friendly staff. Actually nice breakfast ! Little patio is convenient too. Very comfy bed. Our room had basically no window but for such a location and a short trip it's not an issue.

這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店房間打掃乾淨，床品柔軟清新，每天回來看到整潔的環境都特別舒心。 員工服務真的值得五星好評！前台熱情周到，客房阿姨打掃時連我的化粧品都細心整理好；遇到任何問題響應速度都超快，讓人感覺像在家一樣温暖。 地理位置也很便利，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。下次來一定還會選擇這裏，已經推薦給朋友啦！✨

房間整潔，地點在鐘樓，方便出行遊玩，重點是服務方便貼心，兵馬俑行程那邊比較緊張，提前準備好了早餐，有一天下雨提供了雨傘幫助，最後一天離開的時候回來稍晚，前台幫忙刷梯控卡時吐槽返程地點預報大雨，主動貼心送了傘和冰箱貼，為西安之旅劃了個完美句號

前台服務人員熱情有禮，酒店位於市中心閙街巷口內，無吵雜之聲，原本對於這家連鎖店品價甚高的酒店印象深刻，但失望至極，全館禁煙的標語並未落實，已經是夜深了要入睡了，但隔壁房透過冷氣空調陣陣飄來抽煙之味難以入睡，也不知標語有何意義。入住四晚離開酒店並無贈送陝西特產品嚐，和網絡評價不一樣，先前於永寧門附近的酒店入住三晚，退房時會特別贈送特產一盒品嚐美食，所以今後這家連鎖酒店將不會再考慮的住宿安排了。

酒店位置很好，周邊就是景點，小吃，非常方便。服務到位，衞生也好。 劃重點!!! 這次旅遊對西安最好的印象，來自酒店旁邊樓梯口二樓的漢服粧造館＜綰青絲＞，超五星好評！ 老闆是位非常有責任心，超級nice的小姐姐。我們2個人，各做了一套戰國袍，又分別做了唐裝復原粧造和狐狸粧造。想要的造型和感覺，總是能完美復刻，做不到的也非常盡力的還原。過程中，非常注重我們的體驗和想法，是一次非常好的粧造體驗，有想做粧造的朋友，強烈安利！
