The room gives a neat impression with its modern interior. There is an afternoon tea table in the corner of the lobby. A simple meal is also provided in the evening. If there is a next opportunity, I should stay in a double-decker room.

The hotel itself was really nice, the room we had was quite large which was also nice.
It did rain that day we arrived so the windows were dirty, so the view wasn't the best.
Can get free breakfast and dinner.
There's a robot service to use so that's pretty cool. Staff were really nice, if you don't speak Chinese just scan their wechat and everything gets translated.
Our toilet was a bit rickety and there's no fridge. Again just me being picky.
Really nice hotel though and you can do your laundry for free

Even thought the location of the of the hotel is situated at the industrial area, nearby do not have much establish restaurant as it is not a commercial area. But the hotel have complimentary shuttLe to Xian North Railway Station & Metro.
The rest is all 5 ⭐....
From the facilities n amenities, for me, the hotel wins most of the hotels n even wins those 5 stars...
The breakfast food variety is good & most important thing is Tasty.... They have a good chef...
Recommended for those who wants to travel to the Xi'an North Railway station as a transit hotel.. This is the best....it took less than 15mins by their shuttle to the station.

Perfect stop after a long train ride
After a long journey by train, this hotel was exactly what I needed. The pick-up service and a full three-course dinner were already included in the booking, which was amazing. Great attention to detail throughout. The hotel itself is quite large and very new. My room was spacious, with two double beds and a lovely view. I really liked it and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience from as soon as we walked in!Very pleasant staff always wanting to help make your stay better and make sure you’re happy! Great room/facilities that were all immaculately clean. Free washing facilities if you have your own detergent. Most key attractions in the city only ＜20 CNY by DiDi so very cheap.
Would highly recommend, especially for the price!

Room is big and clean. I asked the front desk for towel and toiletries twice, both WeChat and by phone, and it took quite a while for them to do so. At some point I had to ask the cleaning lady directly myself.

We did not plan to stay in Xian but we enjoyed the city and the hotel so much we decided to stay another night. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and we were able to do laundry. The location was convenient to the train station and they arranged our drop off to the train station quickly. And also offered to drop and pick us from the metro. They had a lovely snack table. Breakfast was delicious although they only has hot milk and hot drinks. Which didn't help when wanting to eat cereal. Some plain not hot water at least would be a welcome addition. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you!
