We did not plan to stay in Xian but we enjoyed the city and the hotel so much we decided to stay another night. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable and we were able to do laundry. The location was convenient to the train station and they arranged our drop off to the train station quickly. And also offered to drop and pick us from the metro. They had a lovely snack table. Breakfast was delicious although they only has hot milk and hot drinks. Which didn't help when wanting to eat cereal. Some plain not hot water at least would be a welcome addition. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you!

5-stars experience at an affordable price. Room is spacious and comfortable. Food is authentic and delicious. Free China snacks to taste. Driver is friendly and punctual, staff is nice. A special shoutout to the lovely lady at the front desk—her cheerful energy and warm hospitality really stood out. They even provide free laundry (manual washing) service, which was a thoughtful bonus. Every aspect is just nice. They offer free transportation from the train station to the hotel, so I didn’t have to worry about finding the place or navigating the area. A must stay hotel in my next visit!

這家老闆是各種不計成本。先是酒店會有專車接送高鐵站及地鐵站;然後酒店衞生不管是房間還是衞浴用品都很乾凈; 酒店傍晚還有免費特色小吃，我一人帶倆孩子晚飯錢都省了，麪點類完全可以吃飽; 酒店三樓還有免費洗衣房，有免費洗衣液 洗衣凝珠，還有免費烘乾機; 酒店大廳還有各種零食 奶茶，孩子們超喜歡;酒店房間有中央空調，衞生間乾濕分離。
負責接送的大叔跟前台人員都超級親和，我帶孩子入住，接送大叔幫我拿上拿下行李，入住時前台有送孩子小童洗刷用品及拖鞋，離開還送了小禮物，雖於我錢不多，但很是用心，常年累積下來，也是大筆錢。我出差時入住都是萬豪集團酒店，但這家酒店就200多塊錢的房價，人性化服務絕對優秀，各種細節的優秀，硬件也絕超這個價格。我很少評論這麼多，但這家酒店確實印象太深刻了。這個酒店老闆應該是個年輕人才會如此注重細節及如此不計成本。感謝這家酒店給我們西安之行帶來的感動。

入住非常滿意，從高鐵站的接車服務，按照路線很方便找到接車點，司機師傅人也特別幽默。到了酒店還有夜宵，免費的，都是當地的特色小吃，而且還是不限量，這個真的挺好的。下次如果不在市區，我覺得這個就挺好的，價格也合理
