一直入住麗思卡爾頓的我來説，西安麗思卡爾頓跟跟我緣分越開越遠了。入住2次都讓我非常失望
1、一次下大雨鞋濕了沒有備用，穿拖鞋無法吃早餐，被趕回房間；老外就可以
2、第二次入住，2人入住，預訂人我凌晨到店，本人不給入住，原因是上面已經有人，出示訂單號，還是不行，半夜3點把朋友拉起來做證明人
