Ausotel Hotel

Mixed experiences, the room was good, clean and spacious. Breakfast ok. But, the negative part was during check-in. Arriving 00:30 with a kid due to delayed flight and was told they don’t accept foreigners! Even though the information on Trip.com info says the hotel accept all nationalities! I guess the main issue is that the hotel doesn’t know how to register foreign passports to the local PSB (which is mandatory) thru their system, this is quite common for smaller hotels. After some arguing (luckily we do speak Chinese) they let us stay for the night to start with since it was so late and then handle the issue the day after. But they never contacted us again so we stayed the total of three nights. Trip.com need to align with the hotel about the policy so correct information is listed. Although I know that gov lately has informed hotels that they are not allowed to deny foreigners due to PSB registration issue, but I guess it takes some time before fully implemented. Otherwise the stay was good.

時隔一年再次回到這裏，酒店服務人員還是熱情周到。現在入住當天還有歡迎水果，特別温暖。尤其是前台的小欣欣，特別熱情，安排入住整體都特別到位。性價比很高，出差旅遊值得推薦喲👍。

酒店地理位置很好，前台蕊蕊對客人服務很熱情，大堂裝扮很漂亮，有鮮花有小吃零食和熱水，免費停車，整體都很不錯，值得推薦[強]

多年出差都是住這裏，服務非常好，前台彤彤非常熱情。 早餐品質一如既往優秀，每次水果都能吃一大盤。

房間乾淨整潔，空間也很大，很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，前台服務人員服務態度很温和，尤其是小李服務很熱情，地理位置也非常好，步行300米左右就是吾悦廣場，非常便捷，總體很棒，下次還會再來入住！

不得不説，這家酒店的親子房設計很温馨。前台思彤服務很好，酒店性價比很高，環境也不錯，親子房內配有小童玩具，身高貼很貼心的。以後放假帶孩子出來還會選擇這裏。
